Guest referral program
I am interested in setting up a system where travel agencies and other external partners can earn a commission (for example, 3%) for referring guests directly to our properties managed through HostFully. This would be separate from any internal programs currently offered by HostFully.

More sample response in API doc besides 200
I'd love to possible error responses (e.g., when a cancellation fails) to be included in the API documentation.
At the moment, it looks like only the successful 200 status is documented, so having details on other response scenarios could be really helpful for integration and error handling.

Add service providers as team member option
Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.
Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

Add inbox analytics to reporting

Ability to choose which guest message to use "Suggest an answer" feature
I find the AI "suggest an answer" very helpful way to commuincate with guests, however one issue I have found is if you don't answer the message from the guest immediately and then in the meantime, either the guest messages again or a triggered message is sent to the guest, the "suggest an answer" cannot be used, which is frustrating as it is a time saver. Is it possible for Hostfully to implement something, like swipe the message you wish to reply to (similar to whatsapp). Thanks.
