Without a proper integration with Agoda, we are set up for failure. Booking.com does not provide us with a phone number or email for the guest. All messages simply re-direct to the Booking.com messaging platform, which we have learned they do not check / do not get notifications for. With Agoda bookings, we have to wait for our guests to call day-of check-in...get their phone number and email address, send our pre-arrival form and rental agreement on the spot and wait for them to fill it out. All while they are already at our property waiting to get into their room. It's an awful situation. Maybe an integration with Agoda would help and we could see more contact information for our guests ahead of time? Who knows. Agoda is just awful in general.

Booking.com automatically aggregates to agoda.
If there's a direct agoda integration and you have a property listed on booking.com it might appear twice?
