I have found a temporary but cumbersome solution for the time being. @Ingrid @Bryan My process for now is to add access to the additional door in the remote lock dashboard for each guest/reservation. This will set the same code and access schedule for the guest on each lock. While not completely automated or Ideal, You can do this on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on how far in advance your properties book.
Process details:
>Login to Remote Lock
>Select the device you have mapped to the property in Hostfully
>Click on the guest name that you need to update
>Click on the Blue Button for Add Door Access
>Select Access Type: entire location, door group, or individual door option.
>Select Device, Door Group, or Location dependent on the selection above
>Save
The default schedule will automatically apply. If you need help with the door group settings comment and I will send those as well. I usually do this monthly as my properties are typically booked out one to two months in advance... I do have to make sure I catch any last minute reservations but that is not a frequent occurence for me. I hope this helps everyone until Hostfully can implement this change, definitely needed.
