An error occurred while saving the comment Lalalaura Beth commentedWe got tired of waiting and switched to Jervis Systems. Much happier with them and it was less expensive!
An error occurred while saving the comment Lalalaura Beth commentedI have found a temporary but cumbersome solution for the time being. @Ingrid @Bryan My process for now is to add access to the additional door in the remote lock dashboard for each guest/reservation. This will set the same code and access schedule for the guest on each lock. While not completely automated or Ideal, You can do this on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on how far in advance your properties book.
Process details:
>Login to Remote Lock
>Select the device you have mapped to the property in Hostfully
>Click on the guest name that you need to update
>Click on the Blue Button for Add Door Access
>Select Access Type: entire location, door group, or individual door option.
>Select Device, Door Group, or Location dependent on the selection above
>SaveThe default schedule will automatically apply. If you need help with the door group settings comment and I will send those as well. I usually do this monthly as my properties are typically booked out one to two months in advance... I do have to make sure I catch any last minute reservations but that is not a frequent occurence for me. I hope this helps everyone until Hostfully can implement this change, definitely needed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lalalaura Beth commentedJervis Systems has a feature that allows a checkin cushion, meaning if regular checkin is 4 pm, you can have lock access cushion set for 3pm so when a guests arrives at 3:54 you don't get calls with "I can't get in" or if you have a last minute text that says "hey we are 30 mins early can we get in?' You can say sure without needing to reset the access time. They are also less expensive than remote lock and can integrate with myQ garage access and smart thermostats!

An error occurred while saving the comment Lalalaura Beth commentedI would like the stacked calendar to go back 18+ months as well if not show all past bookings. When we are looking at our historical bookings in slow season it helps us with our pricing strategy to see what bookings were the same time last year. Currently only the individual listing calendars go back more that 6 months and its very cumbersome to have to toggle between properties then also have to go back in the calendar view to the date range you are viewing every time you switch listings.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lalalaura Beth commentedHi Alejandra! I have been able to do this by adding Tags in the Property Settings Section, then on your main calendar view you can filter by these tags to separate the groups by Cleaners.

We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

Additionally... allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We also cannot enforce "Credit Card Processing Fees are Non-refundable" rules that are not displayed on the listing.
