It would be REALLY nice to have more options with scheduled messages to be flexible in the times where you need a human element or if something changes with the reservation.

We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

I recently had a guest not submit this form even though we followed up with them multiple times to complete it because they were confused about this wording. They called us when they reached the property and we had to walk them through the form. This is very tedious and would be easily resolved if the wording was changed.
