It would be REALLY nice to have more options with scheduled messages to be flexible in the times where you need a human element or if something changes with the reservation.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Jimenez commentedAgree! We offer dog amenities (dog bed, bowls, toy, and include a note about the dogs in our hand-written messages). This would make it so much easier to communicate with our cleaners that our guests are bringing a dog. Thanks so much!

We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

Every time my wife (co-host) messages a guest, it's sent as me (the main owner). She'd love to be able to respond to an Airbnb guest as herself!
