An error occurred while saving the comment Jaydon Robinson commentedFeature request related to this: Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

Currently, I have messaging in place before and right after check-out requesting guests to leave me a 5-star review. However, not everyone does it. And it's a manual process for me to see which of my guests haven't left a review in the few days after checking out and then, for those who haven't, I reach out to them via text/phone/email asking them to leave a review. Would be great to be able to automate this final request.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jaydon Robinson commented+1! Anything to save time and avoid manual errors is a big value-add. If Hostfully look at a cancellation, see what my cancellation policy is on that channel, and then refund based on that in an automated fashion without me having to refund manually and remember to do so, that'd be a big win. Thanks!

Until this functionality is available (or you allow 1-month booking windows as a workaround), I cannot maximize revenue for my property. My revenue management strategy is to keep my master listing available and bookable throughout a long booking window and only make my subs available within 2 weeks of the stay date (revenue for subs is lower so the priority is always to book the master but when it's last-minute, I want to generate any incremental revenue and the subs are a great way to do that). However, it's way too manual currently to do this.
