I'd love the option of being able to specifically share the incoming guests pin code with our inspectors, when they need to manually change the door code.
And - to pass on information the guest gave us in a format that keeps the information about cleaning and maintenance in one venue.Emily Egge

It would also be helpful to have short and mid-term agreements, as some states have different requirements for longer rentals.

This seemed like such a no-brainer, and every other PMS I looked at had this option, so I neglected to ask when I was demoing. My mistake. But agreed! So many hosts default to the last 4- or 5-digits of a phone number for door codes, it's becoming a standard.

Create a discount code that can be used once by any guest who receives it - for example, a ComeBack code that incentivizes a return, without it being available for every time that guest books in the future, and that I can offer to every guest (without having to create a million codes!)
