We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tam Liggett commentedAbsolutely essential. Guests booking directly want to see the nightly rate and business travelers have to have this on their receipts for expense reporting reasons. The total is a deterrent. It shocks people and they don’t want to get their calculator out to compare to other properties and hotels. It is absolutely essential that this get corrected and be on the next update so guests don’t think we are hiding something in this total. They have to be able to see the nightly rate so they understand how we are calculating the total. Please fix this. It is critical and an industry standard.

People make decisions when booking a place on the nightly rate - not on the total (the total comes later and they do they care when comparing. All they compare is the nightly rate). Not displaying this is absolutely harming us owners. This is a CRITICAL upgrade. Every property management software system out there displays the nightly rate. Expecting a guest to get a calculator out so they can figure out the nightly rate is horrible. If I were a guest, I wouldn't waste my time and I would book somewhere else. Not displaying the nightly rate is harming our business. Would you ever book a hotel room or anywhere else if you couldn't see the nightly rate? This is not only the invoice (businesses require by the way) but the display before they even make a decision.
