  1. Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb
    - Dates are restricted are grayed out

  2. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

  4. It appears that all the vertical photos on Photos tab changes to landscape mode on DBS, result in the photo being zoomed in too much.
    It'd be great if DBS supports both vertical and landscape photos

  5. This would support service providers prepare for the service to be provided in terms of materials required, documentations or expectations.
    For cleaners and housekeeping team, knowing the type of service / service name will have them prepare to dispatch X number of cleaners with X material.
    For check-in check-out agents, knowing the type of service Will have them prepare documentations, accesses, security deposit refund, etc..

  6. At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

  7. AirDNA is creating a full suite of tools for investors and hosts. Their dynamic pricing tool is more affordable than other options and includes the performance data and analytics for investors within the price. It would be great to add them as an integration option for dynamic pricing.

  9. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  10. Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

  11. I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.

    For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.

    This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

  12. Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.
    However, there's no "Contact" filter in the Inbox to help direct us to the correct threads among PM and Owner, Service Provider.

  13. The new DBS is generating a very long property URL link.

    We need it to be shorter, as a shorter more precise link will not only make it easier to share with others, it is less likely to be considered a fraudulent or spam link, and will also assist with SEO.

  14. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

  16. At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.

    I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.

  17. We already get the notification from each platform about cancellation through text message and email. What I want to have is the notification through hostfully. If we get any cancellation information in dashboard or inside of hostfully app or web, it should be more intuitive and easy to collect all of the information

  18. I want the option "Issue a refund" option to remain when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled, so that I can issue a different/ larger amount (cleaning fee refund, extra guest fee refund, etc.) without having to do that from Stripe/PayPal directly.

  20. How do I read these direct booking reviews? I click on them and nothing opens up. Is the only way to read them is to click on "edit"? You want me to read them in that little edit box. That is not a good software design. That edit box is tiny. This wasn't thought out very well. Please create a request for a feature.
