  1. I want to automatically apply a 11.57% rental tax rate for short-term stays and a 1.5% rental tax rate for long-term stays (over 30 days) when guests book, depending on their stay duration.

  2. On Booking.com Extranet => Property => Facilities & Services, we can upload photos for the facilities we have in-house, which helps increase our listing score and get more bookings.

    However, this feature is not supported within Hostfully and can also be overridden by Hostfully. Every time we refresh the sync from Hostfully, all setups in the Extranet for Facilities and Services are wiped out.

    This is a critical issue, so supporting this feature would mean a lot. Thank you.

  7. Create an option to blend the cleaning fee in the total price without showing it as a separate position to the guests.

    There has been a wave of criticism for high extra charges recently, but adding a cleaning fee that covers our costs independent of the length of stay is unavoidable. An option of making it part of the final price displayed to the guest would be great for those who want to adopt 'one price' policy.

  8. Currently, the maximum hours is 168 which is 7 days. Sometimes, people want bookings made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date

  9. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  10. At the moment fees and policies can be set in only one language. It would be great to be able to add fees and policies in multiple languages so that it's reflected in our offers and website.

  11. Hi team,

    The map showing on DBS is too specific, it pins the exact location of the house. We would love to see the general map only.

    While labeling the site won't help and there's no way to customize it. It'd be great if we're given options to hide or adjust the Map showing on DBS

  13. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  14. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

  19. I want to have bulk edit feature for different pricing periods. Now I need to click on each pricing period from Properties > Pricing tab to edit them . I want to be able to apply the changes made to one pricing period to selected/ all pricing periods.

    Owner Payout = Gross Nightly Rate Revenue - PM Commission % - Service Fee
    (base on channels)

    or

    if airbnb, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)- airbnb host service fee
    if VRBO, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)*(1-15%)

    etc...
