  4. An owners block should come over as a reservation instead of a block. You can even have custom messaging to confirm their stay or confirm cancelation of an owners block etc. This would make things more automated.

When sharing a report / statement with an owner so that it appears in the owner portal, it would be nice to be able to name the file so that the owner can know which month the report pertains to. Ie, i would like to name the report "September Owner Statement" so that the owner can know which is which from the long list without having to open it.

  6. At the moment, the only way for owners to view Occupancy and Average Daily rate for the current month is to send the whole report file to the Owner portal and they can view it on that report file.

    It's not possible to see the Occupancy and Average Daily rate dynamically by changing the dates and see such data.
    E.g current month is Jul and they want to view the average rate for Dec, they can easily change to Dec to see.

  8. Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

  11. Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

  12. At the moment, in the portal, owners are allowed to view the booking total or nightly rate of the property of non-booked dates.

    I want owners to be able to view the nightly rate of the bookings, like in the lead detail modal in PM's side.

  13. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.
    t's also helpful that once a new contract has been sent out, it automatically appears in our PMS once it's signed so we know that…

  15. As an owner, I cannot easily tell which report is which from Owner Portal. It'd be better if we can add the date to when the report was sent, or the date range to Owner Portal > Statements.

  19. We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.

    By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

  20. When you add a new team member and give them access to 1 or multiple properties from your inventory, you can then assign a role to them.

    The different roles are as follows:

    • associate
    • booking agent
    • property sales manager
    • manager

    When you assign either of the roles that gives the team member to a specific property and all of its details, this also gives them access to the OWNER tab of the property.

    The owner tab of the property stores personal contact information of the owner of the property and this does not need and should not be visible to…
