  1. Booking info is available through Zapier but a discount is not. This means if using Zapier for any calculations outside of Hostfully then they will be wrong if missing Discounts.

  3. We have many messages come in per hour, but there are only so many Leads/messages displayed on the page at a time. It would be good to be able to see more Leads/messages load as the page is scrolled so I can see more past messages in case I need to reference one of them.

  4. When reservation agents are making a booking, prompt them if the minimum night stay is not met. With several properties and settings, the agent does not always have that info at hand.

  5. When adding nights to an existing stay, allow a time duration to allow them to pay or else the addition is cancelled.
    Same as the HOLD duration.

  7. Add an agency-wide setting for booking 'lead time' so that it is easier to change this depending on business level, time of year, etc. Sometimes I want to encourage last-minute bookings, other times I don't.

  10. Rather than being a reservation system, it is a customer-centric system. If he has multiple stays from the same guest, the PM has the whole story around them linked to each stay. PM knows where guests stayed, how long, etc. eddie@mountainmamahomes.com

  12. Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to
    accept Crypto currency for bookings? Does anyone else think this is a good idea since the industry is shifting towards digital currency? Many travel sites are already offering this option.

  13. On our widget, we display the average star rating and nº of reviews according to the sources. As initially you will not use our widget, it would be good if you could display this information on your own review section using the information we provide you by API.

  18. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.
