  1. I would like to create a form that guests fill out at checkout, indicating that they completed basic checkout tasks in exchange for a discount code for a future stay. I have someone ready to build the application, we just need access to create a discount code via API.

  3. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

    The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

  4. In the owner report, the owner due (Net) = [Due owner] - [owner adjustment]. When a value is negative, I would like to have the option to move the negative "Owner due (Net)" (Outstanding owner amount) to next month's report.

  5. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  7. Airbnb inquiries remain in the pipeline and can not be deleted. I would like the ability to delete them as they clutter the inbox. It skews agency stats/metrics

  8. It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.
    It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

    % comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).

    First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year. 

    Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

  12. My booking widget is attached to different websites. I want to know which website the booking has come from (where the booking calendar widget is) so I can provide different commission rates to different websites.

    At the moment, the website source is only visible when leads arrive to dashboard page, it's hard for us to check how many bookings are there.

    In order to assign an existing owner to a property I can enter his/her email address to connect the property to this owner. However, I always have to know what the email address of the owner is.

    To-be:
    Drop-down to select from existing owners and assign the owner to the property in the property owner tab

  14. So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.

    The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad

    The platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

    Refunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

    We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.

    This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

  20. With BDC guest review management you can:

    • Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
    • Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
    • Filter reviews with no response yet
    • Retrieve specific review with all category scores
    • Reply to guest reviews
    • Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
    • Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
    • Retrieve aggregated property review score
    • Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)
