Front-End Interface Anomaly: Redundant Rendering of Navigation Bar in Web Application
There is a duplicated navigation bar element in the DOM structure of a web application. This duplication is evident as redundant HTML elements, particularly within a div element tagged with classes sc-bkldj bgNFhC, leading to a repeated header element that includes navigation links and branding images.

Calendar's "Today" should be more prominent
The "today" vertical line, should be darker or a different color. It would be easier to have it highlited to see check ins and outs.

Clear error information in API response

Improve wording for "Capture guest information after payment"
Under Agency settings, we're not aware that Pre-arrival form will be sent if we select "Capture guest information after payment".
We have our own form and don't want to use your form.
We'd like to suggest to make the wording consistent. Instead of "Capture guest information after payment", just put "Send pre-arrival form after payment" then we'd know it's the same thing.1 voteThis is now in production.

See Individual Monthly Calendars for Each Property
In Airbnb if you click on the calendar link on the mobile app it will show you a list of your properties and when you click on a property, it will take you to a monthly view calendar for that property.
When we click on the calendar link in the Hostfully app it takes us to a weekly view of all properties that we can scroll left and right to see more dates. I don't want to scroll left and right to see options for open dates, I want to see the entire month in one view for a certain…
1 voteThis is now available under v5.0.0 of the Hostfully mobile app.
From the main calendar, expand the property titles then click on any property title : you will get redirected to the monthly calendar view of that property, with its bookings, blocks, jobs (showing as a blue dot), min stay + price per night.
For now you can see the job details nor edit min stay + price per night, but this is planned for a future version of the app.

More Stripe payment methods
At this time, the currently supported forms of payment with Hostfully are Credit Cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. I want more payment methods.

Add the option to show the Booking value with Airbnb host fee deducted in Owner permission

Make check in/out availability visible again from the calendar view
With the current/old calendar it used to be that if dates were unavailable for check in/out they would appear red. That made it easy to see whether dates were correctly marked as unavailable across the entire portfolio.
With the new calendar we have lost that functionality. Can we get that back? It would also be incredibly useful to be able to update the check in/out restrictions for certain dates across the entire portfolio at once.

Full calendar integration with Booking.com
We urgently need calendars to be properly synced with Booking.com. At the moment booking.com doesn't take into account the 'no check in/outs allowed' for specific dates. This means we could get people checking in on Christmas day or New years eve, which we do not want.

Trigger Notification for Cancelled Bookings
Create a trigger for notification to owners of a cancelled booking. Booking.com guest cancelled a booking and I did not received a notification of it.

Do not add Tax to either Agency Due or Owner Due.
Tax Collected is not part of Agency Due nor Owner Due. It should be left separate in its column and not added to the Total. The reason is that it makes Agency Due look like more than the % in my Owner Contracts, and they do not have an accurate number when creating a 1099NEC form for my company. When added to Owner Due, I have to Adjust it out so I am not Paying Out Tax to the owner as Rent Income.
I have to create a spreadsheet that takes that Tax Amount out of either Agency or Owner…

Remove ability for guest to re-assign the main contact information
At the moment, guests can change the booking contact information directly when booking directly through Hostfully. When guests pay the final payment, they are sent the "Guest Information" form. Guests can change main contact information. Rental agreement information does not change. This should not be this way. When I take a booking, that person is the responsible party. Should not be able to re-assign the booking to someone else.
