  1. The owner portal does not color code the calendar to show which booking platform was used. Please make the owner calendar color coded as well so our owners can see which platforms the bookings are coming in from.

  2. Please add a Weekend Rate Adjustment option to the Pricing Periods feature. It would be great if it could be a dollar value as well as a percentage increase. It is very time consuming to go through each pricing period adjusting the weekends. This would make using the pricing periods much more better. Thank you!

    Hi all, we are decommissing the pricing period feature in the next couple months. With the new calendar you can make price changes in bulk across your entire property set. These can be dollar amount and percentage amount adjustments- https://www.loom.com/share/f5a65e630c9a458ba730551e7c972214

  4. I want to add a pincode manually to the reservation under Stay Details tab. If the guest email field is blank (Airbnb doesn't send guest emails to Hostfully due to their policies), I'll need to enter my own email every time in order to to able to save the lead.

  5. The first issue I have is with the date range on the owner statement report. I found out it is based on check in not check out date, which is the industry standard for property management. This needs to be fixed. When I choose 4/1 to 4/30, it should be guests that checked out between those dates. This is how the owners are paid for the month, based on check outs.

    Forgot to update this ticket, but this was released in February 2023.

    Now in Enhanced Reports, you can setup the date type filter where you can choose on what type of date you want your report to be based off: check-in date, check-out date, occupancy date, etc

  6. As a PM, I would like to have Booking.com reservations that failed during a database update / outage on PMP to be imported to the system. As of now, it just failed, which resulted in no lead created, and resulted in doubled booking. I have to contact Hostfully support so that they manually import these failed bookings.

  7. As a PM, I would like to have more property-type options in Airbnb to choose from. At the moment, PMP is missing these: barn, campsite, casaparticular, cycladichouse, dammuso, farmstay, guestsuite, heritagehotel, kezhan, minsu, pension, ryokan, shepherdshut, trullo, windmill.

  9. Show blocked nights by owners and for maintenance on enhanced reports. We can then clearly see that while occupancy may be low that if the owner blocked 7 nights it shows on the report.

  11. This is a minor annoyance, but should be a quick fix.

    In the Pipeline, the guests stay is labelled a "x days" however, length of stay in a short term accommodation is pretty much universally referred to as "x nights."

    Again, it's not critical, but seeing "x days" does throw me off a little. It would be an improvement if the cell was labeled "nights"

  12. I love the idea of being able to edit prices and minimum stay from calendar central. What would make this even better and take it to the next level as far as being really helpful in managing prices would be to allow us to adjust prices (and possible minimum stays) by an increment.

    For example, if I haven't been getting bookings and I want to drop my prices by $20 / night for the following month, the only way I can do that is pretty time consuming. But if I could select the whole month and then increase/decrease prices by…

  13. I would like the landing page my guest sees after submitting the pre arrival form to be white labeled. It currently has a Hostfully logo and says "start your free Hostfully account" instead of "start your free guest account".

  14. Include the multiplier rate in the quote results. Include both the pre-tax and tax priced for cleaning. Include the calculated price that you show in your own widgets (which looks to be rate * multiplier + cleaning fee, all with Math.round()... That or explain what each response value is actually matching to at least! And it would be ideal to get the quotes for ALL available properties rather than just 1 at a time since your hourly API limit is SO LOW. Thanks!

  16. The bug which appeared in one of the first versions of the app is back. Calendar cherry picks some bookings and some do not show up at all. The result is that property appears available when it is not. This renders the calendar (and by extension the entire app) not usable.

    Filters on:
    - Read / Unread
    - Status (quote, booked, stay, declined, cancelled, etc)

  19. Great improvement with the new calendar!

    When selecting the "available from" field and leaving the "available to" field empty, it would be great when the calendar jumps to this date.
    It jumps back to current date.
