Global Distribution System (GDS) integration
Several guests have specifically recommended looking into GDS integration to streamline their booking processes and enhance accessibility to our properties. Integrating with GDS providers like Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Galileo by Travelport could significantly improve our visibility and booking convenience for this particular segment of travelers, which is rapidly growing for us. Given the potential benefits in meeting the specific needs of corporate clients more effectively, we see GDS integration as a strategic step to expand our reach and service capabilities in the corporate travel market.

Allow Triggers to send message to individual guest
It would be useful if a trigger option was to pick a particular guest to send a message to as apposed to all guests of a certain criteria

Auto-Create Resolution Adjustment When Security Deposit Is Automatically Refunded
Currently, when a security deposit is automatically refunded in Hostfully, there is no corresponding Resolution Adjustment added to the booking’s Order Details. This creates a mismatch between the actual financial transaction (the refund) and what’s shown in the booking record.
As a result, we are forced to manually enter a Resolution Adjustment to reflect the refunded amount, just so that the Order Details balance correctly. We're already having to make this same adjustment in QuickBooks Online, so adding it again in Hostfully creates unnecessary double work for every booking with a deposit.

It would be great to support "apartment" value under Multi-Unit Property Type.

Identifying Vrbo Online and Offline Bookings in PMP Lead Modal or Calendar
I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.
Current Situation:
Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.
Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

24 votesAs per https://help.vrbo.com/articles/About-offline-booking, Vrbo does not allow offline bookings. If a booking comes from Vrbo and for some reason (like a payment failure), you had to collect payment outside of Vrbo, Vrbo expects that the booking will be attributed to Vrbo.
When this happens, you can do so from the Booking View modal, click on the Data tab, and click on the checkbox "Attribute this booking to Vrbo", as per the attached screenshot.

I would love to be able to update the service provider contact info.
I believe it's essential to be able to update contact information for our service providers.
1 voteYou can already update the Service Providers information. You just can't change their email address, since that's what they use to sign in. If you need to change the email address, we suggest you invite them with the new email address.

Ability to modify Search widget on direct booking site
Ability to remove 'Guest filter' in Search widget and adjust the Max guests display on direct booking site to base guest number instead.
We have multiple units on one property. When guests stay with us we can accommodate up to 81 guests. but if they place that in the guest search it won't populate with anything because each unit can only host about 2-5 guests. This also goes along with being able to rent out multiple listings on the same order.

Searchable drop-down list countries when new lead created
When I need to add manual leads from channels that are not synced I can type the prefix for the mobile number and select the country code. However, when I add the country from where the guests are there is no such an option, I always need to flick through the endless list. It would be great if (1) there is a seachbar to type the country or (2) when you go on the drop down list and type e.g. "N" the countries starting with N appear.

More tags needed for direct booking site
Since only 5 tags are allowed per property, it is not enough to filter searches on the direct booking site. Since we tag State & City, that counts for two.....if we have a hot tub, fire pit, pet friendly, 30 day + stays and mountain views, it will not appear in all those additional featured searches.

Have a place to save a door code to a listing.
I have a couple of rentals where the owners don't want a wifi lock. We change the codes manually periodically. It would be great if there was a place to input these codes so that is automatically uploaded to the reservation like my Jervis codes do.

2 votesYou can already do this. In your Cloudlfare DNS parameters page (or equivalent software), just set your CNAME value to "@".
Then on your Agency Settings page, White Labelling tab, just use your main domain in the "Custom Domain Name for DBS" field (set the value, for example, as "mydomain.com/".

Accept less than full payment
It would be helpful if guests could pay multiple payments, as arranged with us, to promote bookings during these tough economic times. I can set a 20% booking due but the only option is payment of the balance in full.

Customization of the pre-arrival form
My rental requires specific pre-arrival registration form. This includes the names of each guest and wheter or not they are under 21, and for me to collect 5 pieces of data regarding each car that will access the community
so I would like to be able to create the custom fields and then organize them in a simple table so that its a legible and usable form

IN HOUSE dashboard
Proposed Improvement for the Hostfully Dashboard:
Currently, the dashboard displays: "New | Check-Ins | Check-Outs." However, there is no option to view currently hosted guests.
To enhance functionality, we propose adding an "In House" category, resulting in: "New | Check-Ins | In House | Check-Outs."
This addition would provide a comprehensive view of all guests, including those currently staying in the properties, making operations smoother and more efficient.
