    You can already update the Service Providers information. You just can't change their email address, since that's what they use to sign in. If you need to change the email address, we suggest you invite them with the new email address.

  3. Can we include multi-unit properties in the API response for the /properties endpoint? It's becoming quite challenging for us to fetch all properties (normal properties and multi unit properties) associated with an account without this functionality.

  5. Currently, when a security deposit is automatically refunded in Hostfully, there is no corresponding Resolution Adjustment added to the booking’s Order Details. This creates a mismatch between the actual financial transaction (the refund) and what’s shown in the booking record.

    As a result, we are forced to manually enter a Resolution Adjustment to reflect the refunded amount, just so that the Order Details balance correctly. We're already having to make this same adjustment in QuickBooks Online, so adding it again in Hostfully creates unnecessary double work for every booking with a deposit.

    We’re requesting that Hostfully automatically generate a Resolution…

  8. Since only 5 tags are allowed per property, it is not enough to filter searches on the direct booking site. Since we tag State & City, that counts for two.....if we have a hot tub, fire pit, pet friendly, 30 day + stays and mountain views, it will not appear in all those additional featured searches.

  9. Ability to remove 'Guest filter' in Search widget and adjust the Max guests display on direct booking site to base guest number instead.

    We have multiple units on one property. When guests stay with us we can accommodate up to 81 guests. but if they place that in the guest search it won't populate with anything because each unit can only host about 2-5 guests. This also goes along with being able to rent out multiple listings on the same order.

  10. Be able to mark a job as completed from the Agency's side.
    We have a supplier where all jobs will go to a central department to accept, but then they want to just send us the photos while on site and finishing the job (those on-site won't have access to hostfully), and for our VAs to mark as complete once the photos come in.

    This is already available through the mobile app for PMs - go to the property standalone calendar, click on the job, select to Edit, and from there you can change the status to Done.

  11. When I need to add manual leads from channels that are not synced I can type the prefix for the mobile number and select the country code. However, when I add the country from where the guests are there is no such an option, I always need to flick through the endless list. It would be great if (1) there is a seachbar to type the country or (2) when you go on the drop down list and type e.g. "N" the countries starting with N appear.

  12. At the moment, most of the templates are able to be disabled, but some of them are auto templates and couldn't be toggled OFF. The Pre-arrival form is one of them.

    I don't want these sent to the guest.

    I don't want Hostfully to automatically send ANYTHING to my guests.

    The system already allows for turning off of all sytem templates that send automatically. Those who are not selectable are NOT sent automatically but manually by the PM, like "Sending a quote" to a guest (this is done from the interface by the user). The Pre-Arrival Form is never sent automatically, unless set up through triggers by the user.

    You can already do this. In your Cloudlfare DNS parameters page (or equivalent software), just set your CNAME value to "@".


    Then on your Agency Settings page, White Labelling tab, just use your main domain in the "Custom Domain Name for DBS" field (set the value, for example, as "mydomain.com/".


    This should do the trick. See an example at https://crosspollinate.org/

  14. It would be helpful if guests could pay multiple payments, as arranged with us, to promote bookings during these tough economic times. I can set a 20% booking due but the only option is payment of the balance in full.

  15. My rental requires specific pre-arrival registration form. This includes the names of each guest and wheter or not they are under 21, and for me to collect 5 pieces of data regarding each car that will access the community

    so I would like to be able to create the custom fields and then organize them in a simple table so that its a legible and usable form

  17. I used to receive a text notification when someone makes a direct inquiry. It would be great if those could be restored. If not, I have to login to see that an inquiry has been made and that delays response time.

  18. is there a way to swipe to select multiple dates to change prices or minimums? When I select it now it is only for one day. Many times I thought I was changing multiple dates only to find it was just one night.

  19. Add more functionality for triggers to apply to Owner Stays, that way we can communicate important info to the owner about their upcoming stay, remind them of the house rules, check-out time, etc. You'd think that owner's would remember all this stuff, but they don't.

  20. I have a couple of rentals where the owners don't want a wifi lock. We change the codes manually periodically. It would be great if there was a place to input these codes so that is automatically uploaded to the reservation like my Jervis codes do.
