Ability to mark the service provider job as completed on the agency side
Be able to mark a job as completed from the Agency's side.
We have a supplier where all jobs will go to a central department to accept, but then they want to just send us the photos while on site and finishing the job (those on-site won't have access to hostfully), and for our VAs to mark as complete once the photos come in.1 voteThis is already available through the mobile app for PMs - go to the property standalone calendar, click on the job, select to Edit, and from there you can change the status to Done.

Searchable drop-down list countries when new lead created
When I need to add manual leads from channels that are not synced I can type the prefix for the mobile number and select the country code. However, when I add the country from where the guests are there is no such an option, I always need to flick through the endless list. It would be great if (1) there is a seachbar to type the country or (2) when you go on the drop down list and type e.g. "N" the countries starting with N appear.

Manually Schedule Messages
I would like the ability to manually schedule messages without using a trigger.

Ability to toggle off ALL system templates
At the moment, most of the templates are able to be disabled, but some of them are auto templates and couldn't be toggled OFF. The Pre-arrival form is one of them.
I don't want these sent to the guest.
I don't want Hostfully to automatically send ANYTHING to my guests.
1 voteThe system already allows for turning off of all sytem templates that send automatically. Those who are not selectable are NOT sent automatically but manually by the PM, like "Sending a quote" to a guest (this is done from the interface by the user). The Pre-Arrival Form is never sent automatically, unless set up through triggers by the user.

Accept less than full payment
It would be helpful if guests could pay multiple payments, as arranged with us, to promote bookings during these tough economic times. I can set a 20% booking due but the only option is payment of the balance in full.

Customization of the pre-arrival form
My rental requires specific pre-arrival registration form. This includes the names of each guest and wheter or not they are under 21, and for me to collect 5 pieces of data regarding each car that will access the community
so I would like to be able to create the custom fields and then organize them in a simple table so that its a legible and usable form

Representative Inventory
Airbnb has a functionality called representative inventory which allows hosts to create one listing for multiple same units. It would be great to support this feature.

Notifications when an inquiry is made
I used to receive a text notification when someone makes a direct inquiry. It would be great if those could be restored. If not, I have to login to see that an inquiry has been made and that delays response time.
1 voteThis is a current feature and still works at the moment. Please check with our support team and review your triggers. This is most likely a configuration issue.

owner
Add more functionality for triggers to apply to Owner Stays, that way we can communicate important info to the owner about their upcoming stay, remind them of the house rules, check-out time, etc. You'd think that owner's would remember all this stuff, but they don't.

Have a place to save a door code to a listing.
I have a couple of rentals where the owners don't want a wifi lock. We change the codes manually periodically. It would be great if there was a place to input these codes so that is automatically uploaded to the reservation like my Jervis codes do.

IN HOUSE dashboard
Proposed Improvement for the Hostfully Dashboard:
Currently, the dashboard displays: "New | Check-Ins | Check-Outs." However, there is no option to view currently hosted guests.
To enhance functionality, we propose adding an "In House" category, resulting in: "New | Check-Ins | In House | Check-Outs."
This addition would provide a comprehensive view of all guests, including those currently staying in the properties, making operations smoother and more efficient.

Option to Exclude Taxation for Fees on Long-Term Stays
A feature to exclude taxation rates for fees on long-term stays would help streamline the process and minimize the need for refunds and manual adjustments.

Service Providers
It would be much more easier if in the service provider portal there was a menu similar with the one of reservations where you would indicate the date, the property and the work that needs to be done since of course you have first created the provider to whom you will assign the job. The way the system works right now, initially you cannot edit a provider after you have created him, you cannot assign him more than one job and it is inconvenient to move from page to page to make a schedule when everything could simply work like…

You definitely can block a date and still create jobs the day before and the day after (since blocks, like bookings, are considered nightly). See the attached image.

Option to approve Vrbo inquiry
We encounter situations where a guest has already inquired about a Vrbo property and now needs to be instructed to send a booking request. This can be burdensome for the guest, as we are unable to simply invite them to make a reservation.
If there is an option to pre-approve Vrbo inquiry so guest could book directly, it would be much more helpful.

Clicking save sends me back to the main settings
It would be nice if when I click Save or update, it keeps me on the same page. This happens in Agency Settings, Property Settings and Templates & Triggers.
