Support SMS two-way for Service Provider and Owner
It's supported for SMS two-way messaging and the SMS sent from Hostfully to the Service Provider's mobile device is all good. However, when the Service Provider replies to that SMS, we don't see it in the Hostfully Inbox or on our phone number because it only works for guests.
The ability to see replies from Cleaners in the Inbox would be helpful for team communication. We can see everything in one inbox.
2 votesThe communication platform we use for sending SMS forces us to use numbers that are registered number in a particular country and does not allow responses to be sent to these numbers. This is a spam prevention restriction, and the SMS protocol does not allow specifying a different "reply-to" number, like the email protocol does. So unfortunately, this feature request can not be entertained. We recommend using messages via the Hostfully inbox instead.

Rentals United booking details
When a booking comes via Rentals United, details do not reflect the actual booking source or correct price - default Hostfully calendar prices are inserted, requiring manual overwriting and potentially confusing the owner. Can you make the numbers and source sync accurately?

Creating distinctive colors to make it clear on the calendar
We would like to have distinctive colors to make it clear on the calendar that blue is booking.com, red is airbnb, gold Hostfully and something very different like green or orange for VRBO or GOOGLE

Mobile app sound notification
Is it possible to have sound notifications on the mobile app when there is a new message of any kind (inquiry, request, booking, etc.)?

On the Channel Managers, when you click on Toggle All: to On, and it turns on all properties, it goes back to Off.
It is confusing that the Toggle All button goes back to, or stays at Off, even after you click on it to Toggle all to on. Can it just stay at on if all are on?
1 voteThis is by design. The toggle is a way to force all properties to ON, and not to show the status of all properties.

Extend OTA bookings directly
I would like to extend an existing booking which has been made via an OTA (Airbnb/Booking.com etc) directly without having to collect ID, Deposits and information for the second time.

Have ability to Pre-approve Vrbo inquiries in Inbox
I want to pre-approve Vrbo inquiries, similar to what it works for Airbnb's.

I just want a link I can use to direct folks who have stayed in the home but haven't actually booked it (friends and family) to leave a review of the home they stayed in.
1 voteAll review URLs are always associated with a booking. If you want to add reviews from friends and family, you can simply collect their review manually, and then go to the Property Settings page for the associated property, go to the Reviews tab, and paste the review you collected by clicking the Create New button.

Send whatsapp messages from a phone number of my choice (ie our business whatsapp line)
As a PM I would like to send whatsapp messages from my own unique number so that guests can whatsapp me on this number but also call me on this number. I would also then like to have my own logo as the whatsapp profile picture
6 votesThis is technically not possible as WhatsApp APIs restricts that for anti-spam reasons.

Booking.com - only confirm booking when guest paid
So far I have had 4 reservations on booking.com. All 4 of them failed payment. I was only able to save 1 of the 4 by sending them a payment link for them to pay. the other 3 reservations never paid and blocked my calendar for their reservation dates until I was able to get them canceled the following day.
It'd be great if you can add a setting for the hosts to choose either they want to "increase the conversion rate". We only want to have booking confirmation once guest paid.

In Calendar booked days should be red (or crossed out) not green
To me 'green' means 'free'. I find it very confusing that a calendar has white 'available' dates and 'green booked dates'. It should be the other way around or the booked dates should be red or crossed out (like AirBnB), or this example. Orange in this case is even "in option" and red is booked.

Airbnb fees under the lead
like I said, I understand that. But whoever at Hostfully negotiates with Airbnb, if they could ask for that to change, that would make a difference in being able to book these Airbnb referrals. It doesn’t do us any good to know after the fact when the customers are questioning their total fees before booking and we have no idea what those are. I hope that makes sense to you now.

Be able to add the option to "unsubscribe" from the emails
Have an "unsubscribe" link on templates to send emails to past guests asking them to rebook
1 voteThis requirement is interesting but does not really apply here. Emails sent to guest from the platform are related to the booking process - booking confirmations, reminders to pay balances, etc and not marketing emails.
If you send marketing emails to your list, the CRM software you use typically provides options to include opting out options.

The time zone in the Inbox needs to be based on where the property is
In the Inbox, it is currently by design that the system displays the timezone of the person who is checking. The PM would like to request the Inbox to show the timezone based on the property's location.

Manage local recommendation
After create local recommendations under "properties", there is no possibility to edit the recommendation. If we need to delete a specific recommendation, we need to reach out support and ask them to remove, which doesn't make sense that we can add, but we cannot delete.

This specific amenity is provided by Airbnb, and only allow users to select / unselect. We do not control it. Please speak to Airbnb directly about it. Thanks.
