I use operto teams. There are other cleaner integratijns.
Personally I like that Hostfully has a integration network so they can focu s on core feature and we can use best of breed options for other parts of our business.

Effectively we need time and between added as trigger conditions.
If between 5pm and 8am
Along with other conditions like stay is active. Etc.Keith supported this idea ·

Yes we want to manage all our users/staff ourself.
Operator allows hiding so the user still is associated with the reservation or activity. This is good for reporting and history but we need ro be able to deactivate people
Some are seasonal workers all sorts of valid reasons.Keith supported this idea ·

Agreed and as it is this doesn't seem to be the right time.
Our checkin is 4pm but the 1 day before gets sent at 6pm
Id like to specify hours before or set what time day before means

Id like something more advanced
Im happy to sell other management companies listings through my brand if I get a commission.
In markets with many Hostfully customers id be happy to select ones and do a cooperative agreement.
In this case if “otherhost” booked a stay through their branded, it'll go through my workflow but show up in their calendar as a “Hostfully parner” channel so they can see the revenue and track what I owe them but the rest is our messaging, etc.
Imho. If someone happens to my direct booking site but doesn't like my properties and I have an opportunity to earn a commission im doen for it.
And i would pay the same if another host “channel” booked my properties -

Imho this is our of scope for such a product
But im curious. How would yiu want it to behave?..
Someone books an accommodation for a daytime meeting. Does it block the night before and after?
When do the cleaners come? What cleaning fee do they pay (they didn't use beds? Or did they?)The complexities of such a use case are pretty complicated and specific

It would be nice to have conditionals inntrmplates so we could say

Others id prefer the owner respond bur only to us and we message the guestsKeith supported this idea ·
Delete or archive. But something that gets them out of the way (until a new message comes)
