For me, for this and many of things like "amenities", House rules, etc.. I'd like to see a spot where It lists all the properties, I can check the ones that I want this to apply to and update all those listings at one time.
This is especially useful if, for example, we add an "insurance" fee that applies to 100 listings, having to add this 100 times is quite tedious, but if I could add it then select multiple properties, that'd be ideal.

defaults for things like this should be set in the agency settings area.
Each agency should be able to set their default for this view along with default for state of new lead "booked, blocked, on hold, etc"Basically anywhere there are choices and a default is set, we should be able to set our prefered default states.

In the property editor should be a triggers tag, we should be able to add a property to multiple triggers while creating the property rather than having to go to a bunch of triggers manually and edit them.
