   This is now in beta. Booking.com multi-room reservations are now showing as a group booking where you can view the details for the main booking or browse to each room and review the price details per room.

   This is currently supported with Multi-Unit properties and we are adding the support for Master/Sub units.

    We are checking whether Vrbo's API supports this.

    Today none of the house rules in hopefully will sink over to Vrbo this is a critical part of our booking process and agreements for chargebacks and insurance that our guests understands their obligations before booking. House rules are primary to every host and guest. As it stands they will not be synced over to VRBO additionally if you add anything manually in VRBO they will be wiped out during the next hostfully sync this seems like more of a bug than a feature request hopefully we get someone's attention.
