Ability to set different cancellation policies during different times of the year.
It would be nice if there was an option to set a different cancellation policy during peak season (Strict) and a less strict one during off peak season and also ability to set the policy based on lead time

I can see this could be implemented in the direct booking site, but I'm unaware of any platform that supports seasonal cancellation policies.
if the OTA's don't support it, then it can't be done.
