- Guest Services are on Agency level instead of Property level. While some fees are not applicable for all properties, it would be great if we could add a field of assigned propertiesAdminPhoenix Huynh (Product Ops Mgr, Hostfully) supported this idea ·

We suggest you contact Landing and ask them to integrate to the Hostfully API.

An error occurred while saving the comment Currently, we can only select 1 property or "All" to apply the discount codes on Direct Booking site.
It would be great if we could select multiple proprties to save time to create 1 discount code for more than a property but not for all -

In the coming weeks, we’re opening a beta (early access release) to a select group of customers. If you’d like early access, just reply with “I’m in”. When it’s ready in the next few weeks, we’ll enable it on your account.

Your existing templates and triggers will continue to work as they do today and will be automatically migrated. As part of the beta, we’d ask that you:

"By Law, atleast in AZ, we have to charge taxes even on the pet fee. If theres not an option the taxes collected wont add the taxes owed and the owner or PM will be liable for these charges, this is VERY CRITICAL."
