Could you please provide more information, and maybe screenshots? We do not understand this request. In the Inbox, all the messages related to a particular booking/guest already appear in the same thread. Thank you.

It would be convenient to be able to close conversations in the inbox so team members can keep open only the conversations with guests that are current or are having current conversations with. See example in screenshot.

The new pipeline does not allow guests who completed the PAF to send the reminder, as I include the Rental Conditions to the system template. By removing this, it removes the ability for PMs to still send that message out if needed. Until we have a separate option to send rental conditions.

In the Message Log, please add the property name. It can save time by adding the property name here, as sometimes a failed message might be expected on a specific property. By not including it here, we have to go find out which property the guest was applied to in order to figure it out.

Often, the formatting of messages when sent to Airbnb and Vrbo goes awry. Especially for Airbnb, it seems to add a bunch of line spaces between paragraphs and makes the messages look pretty bad. Is there a way to not have the extra spaces and strange formatting happen when messages are sent to the app inboxes?

It would be great to have bullet points and be able to change font size. Sometimes variables come in with a different font and font size. It would be convenient to be able to make font/format adjustments directly in the template. As a work around, I use a non RTF app like Notes to copy and paste templates into, adjust format and then copy/paste back into the template.

To clarify, when a guest replies to an email sent from Hostfully, and the host replies, in the guest email inbox, it starts a new thread with each reply, instead of being a reply to the previous email. It can make it difficult to follow a conversation if each response shows as a new email, instead of a reply to an email. I hope that makes more sense.
