Trigger conditions that says, (times are an example)
if a booking is made less than or equal to 24 hours before check-in
if a booking is made more than 24 hours before check-inThis way, last minute bookings can have a different check-in message sent.

I am pretty sure this is intentional. But may be there could be an option to maintain current rates or update based on property/dates when modifying a lead. Especially for multi-unit.
