Hello Richard, have you tried using the discount code feature we provide? You can create discount codes that are only valid at particular times of the year. You can decide to grant those codes only to guest who extend their stay, or any particular rules you'd want to apply.

Somehow be able to keep a hold of payments for future guests if they were to buy a voucher through the PM. Then the PM could just add a payment to the booking from a voucher saved in Hostfully. Some way of logging in the CRM system an amount the guest has on file (voucher). Hope that makes sense?
