We would also like to upload our quarterly owner newsletter and quarterly property audits to the portal. We also have a suggested contractor list that would be good for us to upload so that the portal has everything owner's need.

This is the most important update that I think is needed. Guests hate having too many steps to complete their booking. I feel like it’s sometimes reflected in our reviews.
