I used houfy for direct bookings prior to Hostfully. I no longer give that site out, but a lot of people have it. I need to keep it active until all my previous guests are retrained to use hostfully.

This would be a great addition. We are remodeling a unit that has reservations that were made for post renovation dates. When the renovation is complete, I'd like to send a message to future bookings to suggest they check out the new photos. If they hate it, I'd rather they tell me that now instead of when they check in.

This would be useful. I liked being able to personalize the message to include a spouse or dogs name to make it appear more personal and warm.
