  1. Great improvement with the new calendar!

    When selecting the "available from" field and leaving the "available to" field empty, it would be great when the calendar jumps to this date.
    It jumps back to current date.

  2. The request: Add the ability to copy messages in the inbox on the Mobile App.

    On the mobile app, it is currently not possible to copy messages in the inbox. This is important because I often copy guest questions and forward them to our cleaning team who has the answers. Without that, I'm forced to log in on a computer to copy the messages, which is tough to do when on the road. Further, if I could do this, I could copy previous messages I've written to other guests (like "Thank you for staying with us....we'd appreciate if you left…

  3. For now, the information about types of supported credit cards does not match between Hostfully and VRBO. That causes issues and confusion. On VRBO, it should only show the supported types of credit cards.

  5. Airbnb has a new option to add photos to a "where you'll sleep" section. As a PM, having the ability to add photos to that section helps me improve my listing and set expectations.

    As a traveler, it provides me more details on the sleeping arrangements.

    I am not currently able to use this section with a full sync from Hostfully to Airbnb as Hostfully does not support it in the API. The only option I have right now, is to do a partial sync or not use that functionality on Airbnb.

    Hi everyone! Thank you so much for writing in about Airbnb's "where you'll sleep" feature.  We just released the enhancement today.


    To use this feature, make sure Airbnb is turned on at the Channels and Property level. Then go to the Property and the Photos tab.


    From there, you can enable the "where you'll sleep" option and then map it to the room in the drop-down list. Please see the screen shot attached.

  6. With the current/old calendar it used to be that if dates were unavailable for check in/out they would appear red. That made it easy to see whether dates were correctly marked as unavailable across the entire portfolio.

    With the new calendar we have lost that functionality. Can we get that back? It would also be incredibly useful to be able to update the check in/out restrictions for certain dates across the entire portfolio at once.

  7. The primary contact on Booking.com needs to be the booking agent not the Admin of the Hostfully Account.
    At least remove the syncronization so we can enter the good information because when I make the change it went back the next day.

    The customer contact me instead of the agent. It doesnt make sens.

  8. I love the new enhanced reports. I created a report that would allow me to quickly build a Hotel Tax Report. We collect for VRBO and Direct bookings so we have to remit, but Airbnb and Booking.com collect and remit. Would be nice to filter those channels out of the reports. Would be helpful in other reports that are channel specific as well. Thanks!

  9. I find that the information on the Dashboard is not very useful to me. I would like the dashboard to show high level performance like Occupancy rates, YTD and MTD revenue etc.. I suggest the following:
    - Configurable components on the Dashboard (allows users to display or not display the component
    - Total Revenue by month (a graph that shows revenue by month, similar to what AirBNB shows), allow filters by property
    - Total Occupancy by month - allow filters by property
    - Improve the notifications section, currently I think it is broken - it shows old information and I…

  10. We find it hard to monitor new messages since there's no notification when a message is received. It would be best is there is a sound option or a push notification when there's new message receive even if the tab is not open at the moment of receiving the message.

  11. We urgently need calendars to be properly synced with Booking.com. At the moment booking.com doesn't take into account the 'no check in/outs allowed' for specific dates. This means we could get people checking in on Christmas day or New years eve, which we do not want.

  12. When a new user is added, we have to individually add their permissions property by property. It would be much easier if we could give them permissions, all at once, to a block of properties based on any criteria like a tag, location, or even a multi-select tool, etc.

  13. When you run a report, the quick options for dates are "Last week" or "This week". I never use those. By far the dates I'm using most frequently are for "Last Month", so I would like to see that as an option.

  16. Right now, if you need to send a discount to an airbnb guest in the resolution center, it will not update in your statement in Hostfully. This will cause error in all reporting for the remainder of the month/year. Same if if the guest opts into a fee after they have arrived. We need to be able to manually edit our statement in Hostfully after a guest arrives or departs.

  17. We asked for a white label environment and up until now the Favicon we use is only available on the direct booking site. At the owner and guest protal you see the Hostfully Favicon. This is not white labeling.
    This is disturbing.

    The feature is now love. Note that the guest account will not be white-labelled, as guest are almost always booking from different property management companies and as such, their portal will reflect bookings from different sources.

  18. I OFTEN have guest confused on our direct booking page "but it said (from) $123 a night, but when I clicked the dates it's $350 a night." *the somehow MISS the "from."

    I answer "Yes- you are seeing the LOWEST pricing (I use Beyond pricing) for a random Sunday or Monday night."

    Is there a way to show the average daily rate vs the LOWEST price on our entire calendar. This has happened multiple times in the last week. Jumping from our lowest price of the season (shown on the booking page) to a holiday rate in the quote is…

  19. We are missing inquiries from Airbnb as then you go to inbox, they don't show up when Relevant is selected. You have to choose ALL to see them and they are easily missed. I would think an inquiry is very relevant as it's potential revenue/booking.

  20. Current form only allows you to add additional fields. We should be able to edit the form to include/exclude certain information. For example, I would disable the flight information field since that's not relevant for me.
