NOT erasing the calendar's previous manual pricing
For some reason the software has erased all previous pricing on all my calendars. I manually price my calendars and it is vital information for me to see what rates and prices I got booked at. I frequently look back on previous years and rates to see what I booked at for a specific week or weekend or month to determine my pricing for the upcoming calendars. I desperately need hostfully to not erase my previous manual pricing on previous dates. Please vote with me to go back to the way it was so we can all track our pricing…

During Create Booking SIte, enable Multiple Booking Sites by location or specialty
We want to see an Add Booking Page allow for multiple specialty booking pages for destinations, popular area’s like fisherman’s wharf, little Italy, neighborhoods, or reports, Basically the ability to add a booking page and we could add the properties we wanted to add with its own URL.
Allow multiple booking sites. Properties can be selected to show up as desired . Likewise, properties could be selected for multiple sites or just one site.

Wifi Details Airbnb and Vrbo
I want to be able to manage Wifi Details from hostfully and not in each channel directly. Some of our guests go to airbnb app to view wifi user username and password so we want to ensure it is correct. When we create a new listing in hostfully and push to airbnb and Vrbo that info is missing.

Airbnb no sync option for cancellation policies allowing new Firm cancellation
There are several new cancellation policies on Airbnb which Hostfully has told me aren't available in the API so they can't offer. My suggestion is to add a no sync option so you could manually change in the Airbnb portal to the new policy and then would not revert back when the channel is synced in Hostfully. The new policies include Firm and Firm / Non-refundable. Firm allows cancel up to 30 days prior and 50% refund up to 7 days prior to check-in. Firm Non-refundable gives a second option where the price is 10% less but is non-refundable. Flexible…

Expired inquiry
Hi, when i filter my pipeline by relevant+arrival date, it still shows me the expired inquiries from past airbnb request. I want to delete them but it is not possible and support team told me that the do not delete customer data.
I have to filter by arrival date to view current reservations at the properties and the ones coming.
I wish you could delete them as you can with the canceled reservations.

Allow SMS triggered messages to guests route back to my phone, so texting is allowed.

Create a trigger that would not send email.
This would probably save the most time from all suggestions.
So for example, if a guest has not paid in full, I do not want to send the email with the key code.
For now, I have to check every booking manually and then delete the email and then send it again when the guest paid it.
So having a 2 triggers in one would make this so much easier.
I have seen this idea on Zeevou and it works like magic to save time and make sure guests don't get info on how to get to the property if…

Booking Report showing owner blocks
I need to be able to produce a report for owners/on-site managers that shows all bookings as well as holds and blocked dates. Current report doesn’t show holds or blocked dates. On sites need to see dates owners have blocked etc...

Create a list view of jobs and their acceptance status, sort able by creation date and job date
Currently, if you create 2 jobs on the same date, there is no way to find the 2nd job. Only one job shows up on the date in the calendar view and there is no list view.
Also, something indicating job status (accepted or pending) on the calendar view would be awesome. Thanks
13 votesThis is now in production: when 2 or more jobs are falling on the same day, the tooltip will indicate how many jobs are overlapping, and a click on the job dot will open a modal where you can select the job you need to view/edit.

Stacked calendar with editable nightly rate and minimum stay
I would LOVE a stacked calendar that shows not only the availability, but also the rate and minimum stay. It would be so useful and time efficient for me to have all my properties in one screen with availability, rate and minimum stay. If I could also edit the rate and minimum stay from there it would be wonderful. If not, at least I would like to be able to see all this info in one screen.

Only show service providers the properties they have been assigned on the multi-cal.
Would be great if service providers were only shown the properties they had been assigned by the agency on the multi-cal view on their account. We'd rather they didn't see every property and it makes it easier for them to quickly see at a glance the calendars for all the properties they manage.

add trigger for arrival form completion
Here is the ideal scenario.
Guest books and receives a welcome message and an arrival form. In the message, it lets him know that the access code will be sent upon completion of the arrival form.
Once the guest completes the arrival form, I would have created a trigger for arrival form completion (which doesn't currently exist) and the guest will receive the access information.
This flow makes a lot of sense. That would make the interaction a little more organic ensuring that the guest cooperates and fills out the arrival form.

Remove the commission fee from our Custom Fees
We charge an admin fee. AirBnB and other Channels treat that as a fee to the property manager and keep it separated in the reports.
However, in Hostfully reports, the Admin fee is added to the rental amount, and then the commission splits are taken from the Rental Amounts+Admin fees. The owner's are not entitled to any of the Admin fee.

Make assigning leads and reservations optional instead of a requirement
Remove the requirement to assign reservations to different people on the team. We know assigning users to each booking is useful to some, but this is a bit annoying for us as everyone on our team should have access to all

View Recipients in Scheduled Messages
Only message recipients for Hostfully reservations are viewable in the Scheduled Messages table. If you have multiple scheduled messages with the same scheduled time, there is no way to distinguish who the messages are going to or through which platform, e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
