  3. We would like to see the total for the parent + its sub units in the Analytics page.

    Right now, if the parent is not rented as a whole, it shows as 0.

  4. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  5. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  6. Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…

  7. My booking setting is inquiry/ booking request. I want to add a conversion tracking code on the booking confirmation page, but this won't work due to no booking confirmation page for these booking settings. I don't want to switch to instant book.

    As a PM, I want to be able to have a way to track the conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to instant bookings on my direct booking site.

  11. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  12. In the Message Log, please add the property name. It can save time by adding the property name here, as sometimes a failed message might be expected on a specific property. By not including it here, we have to go find out which property the guest was applied to in order to figure it out.

  14. Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.

    We need it to be shorter, as a shorter more precise link will not only make it easier to share with others, it is less likely to be considered a fraudulent or spam link, and will also assist with SEO.

  17. I have different property IDs for master and sub-units, but still want to keep their master-sub relation in Hostfully. It would be great if we don't push Public name of the master listing as property title of my sub-units when they are connected in different property IDs.

  18. Have a Custom Template email (discounted ski lift ticket) go to incoming guests but ONLY for winter bookings, for example

    I thought a complex condition would work IF the email could go out 31 days prior to arrival for guests booked for All Properties between Dec 1 and April 15, every year (the ski season in our ski resort town).
