  2. At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

    Damage policy options.
    You require a damage deposit from guests:
    - Your guests pay a damage deposit by Credit Card
    - You collect this from your guests: Up to 14 days before arrival

    while users select the option to return security deposit 7 days in account settings.

    Upon checking with T2, it's because we use the default value once there is a SD defined on property, That is a limitation now.…

  3. I would like to have the message with early checkin request from Booking.com guests showing up in Hostfully inbox so I can manage them in one place. Currently, it shows in Booking.com inbox, but Hostfully inbox.

    There is an original message from the guest, and that does not appear in the Inbox. It seems like it may be related to a special request (about an early check in)

    "I'd like to request check-in at x - x (checkin date). Is it ok?"

  5. This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period.   7. Create an option to blend the cleaning fee in the total price without showing it as a separate position to the guests.

    There has been a wave of criticism for high extra charges recently, but adding a cleaning fee that covers our costs independent of the length of stay is unavoidable. An option of making it part of the final price displayed to the guest would be great for those who want to adopt 'one price' policy.

  8. AirDNA is creating a full suite of tools for investors and hosts. Their dynamic pricing tool is more affordable than other options and includes the performance data and analytics for investors within the price. It would be great to add them as an integration option for dynamic pricing.

  10. Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

  12. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  13. I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.

    For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.

    This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

  14. Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.
    However, there's no "Contact" filter in the Inbox to help direct us to the correct threads among PM and Owner, Service Provider.

  15. Currently, when a guest submits a booking request, it says that they host has 24 hours to confirm the request.  It would be helpful to have a way to change the number of hours to something like 48 hours for direct booking requests.

  17. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

  18. We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week.   20. We already get the notification from each platform about cancellation through text message and email. What I want to have is the notification through hostfully. If we get any cancellation information in dashboard or inside of hostfully app or web, it should be more intuitive and easy to collect all of the information
