  1. Adding the "Total Reservation Price WITHOUT The Refundable Security Deposit" when guests are about book directly with you. As of right now guests only see the ENTIRE TOTAL amount including the refundable security deposit but it would be nice for them to know how much they are paying at the end once they get their deposit back, thank you!

  3. The sales receipt for vrbo should post as an invoice so that payments can be applied as received. Invoice should break out rental income, taxes, fees etc like the Abnb Sales receipt does.

  4. My Townhouse is in a resort with a general reception desk. Each guest is required to have a reservation number. This could be easily added as guest data, instead of changing it each time within the check-in section of the guidebook. I can anticipate me forgetting to do so and the incorrect reservation number being sent to the guest.

  5. At this moment there is only possibility to upload one review in API using POST /reviews function. It will be good to have possibility to send list of reviews in one request.
    The limit per API key is not allowing quickly upload all the reviews for one Property Manager.

  7. We have set our housekeepers up as Service Providers which is a great way to organize our cleaning and communicate the job requests with them! The only problem is that they have full access to our main calendar and have, on occassion, deleted cleans scheduled for other housekeepers. It would be great if the houskeepers could view the calendar but not be able to make changes.

    The ability to share read-only calendars with service providers already exists in the Service Provider Portal. This allows PMs to share information about jobs, property information and calendar information in a read-only way. Service Providers can also accept jobs and mark them as completed.   8. It would be nice to have a variable to total rent paid by a guest (prior to fees and taxes) for their stay that we can use in custom templates in which we want to communicate to an owner their total payout from a guest stay.

  9. Currently the fees for Airbnb are NOT BEING CALCULATED in the reporting features! This is huge cost to my business because without that fee coming out of the gross income amount, I as the PM am being stuck with the expense! And there is no way to see it on any reports.

  11. When an owner has multiple properties it requires me to send a separate invitation for the owner to claim their account for each property. In this instance the owner has 10 properties. Do they really need to get 10 separate email invitations? Also, do they have a multi-calendar view? (I don't know what they see on their end.)

  12. Upon booking, we'd like to send a "Marketplace Only" version of the guidebook as we encourage guests to purchase items which we can have delivered to their unit before arrival (i.e: wood logs for the fireplace)

    This feature would allow PM's to upsell at the moment of booking

  14. In VRBO reservations, if payment is split into two or more payments, and not all of them is paid, then need to highlight past due payments and/or send payment reminders to the guest/host. Otherwise guest may come and stay and leave without host realizing the reservation was never fully paid! After integration, VRBO doesn't send those payment reminder emails and relies on the PMS (Hostfully) to handle that.

  17. Tax rate can be specified in VRBO rates, but airbnb doesn't have such thing (not sure about BDC). There is rate multiplier in Hostfully per channel to add % to the total to make sure total amount in VRBO and airbnb will be the same after including tax. But its not possible to define that rate multiplier per property (Don't necessarily want to collect tax for ALL properties). Looking for some way to add a % on top of the the rates for specific properties based on tax rate.

  19. iCal link does not include the check-out date, iCal is associated with the nights that are blocked. That causes the difference between Hostfully and Google calendars, which is not ideal

    Hostfully's iCals follow the standard format and correctly provide the checkout date through the DTEND parameter. Example:


    DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20240322
