Service Providers
It would be much more easier if in the service provider portal there was a menu similar with the one of reservations where you would indicate the date, the property and the work that needs to be done since of course you have first created the provider to whom you will assign the job. The way the system works right now, initially you cannot edit a provider after you have created him, you cannot assign him more than one job and it is inconvenient to move from page to page to make a schedule when everything could simply work like…

You definitely can block a date and still create jobs the day before and the day after (since blocks, like bookings, are considered nightly). See the attached image.

This already exists. If the guest enters a message in the booking widget, this message automatically shows in the inbox as the first message in the thread.

Have number of guests in Pre-arrival form = number of guets in the bookings
Sometimes guests select a different number of guests in the pre-arrival form from the booking details. I want to have the number of guests in the form to be same as in the booking details and not editable.

2 votesThere is Vrbo URL variable per say, but it is easy to define this variable using Templates and Triggers > Custom Data. Create a variable of type [$VRBO_URL$], and for each property, just add the URL of your listing for this variable. Ability to block homeowner's view of guest information & names
As a property management company, we want our owners to have visibility of future reservations so that they can see the nightly rate and booking length. We have this setting turned on. Unfortunately, this means they can also see the guests' names.
We wish it was possible to have that owner's portal setting turned on without the owners being able to see guests' names.
The reason for this is because if we ended our management contract with a homeowner, we would not want them to be able to use the guests' names to search for them on Google, Facebook, etc.…

When a guest pays for a pet fee, it would be helpful to get a notification that indicates the guest will be paying for/bringing a pet.

Canceled bookings don’t show up in owners report
Include all revenue including canceled bookings in the owners statements when the money is being kept due to cancellation policy and not refunded.

Edit Hostfully default templates
Hostfully default template "Thanks for booking: booking confirmed" contain numbers, which will be removed on Airbnb Inbox, resulting in formatting issues. I want the default templates to work fine for all channels.
