  1. PMs would like to incorporate notes that describe the adjustments in the reports, so they can indicate why the repair was made, by whom, and hopefully a hyperlink to the images (before and after) of the work.

  2. It would be helpful to have a QR code to display in our homes so guests can scan and book again, directly on our website.
    I understand you have a QR code for the guidebooks, so why not for the websites?

    You can already add photos in the check-in instructions field, as long as these photos are already publicly accessible on the web somewhere. Go to the web page where you want to copy the photo, select the photo and copy it, then go to the check-in instructions field and paste the photo. The browser will automatically reference the photo from the other site and display it.

  4. Can you port arrival form directly to the Guest Information. We are manually collecting address and then cutting and pasting.

    Add a formal set of booking gest address fields that align with client information. This would save a lot of time in updating! And then we can link to external integrations also!!

    Hello Mike, you can find the data provided by guests on the Pre-Arrival Form on the Stay Details tab on the Edit Lead pop-up (that you see when clicking bookings on the calendar).

    Hello there. You can already use Hostfully triggers to respond to any messages you want, whether they are guest inquiries or even new messages hitting your Hostfully Inbox. Just create the message you want to acknowledge reception and tie it to any triggers.

  6. It's by design as Hostfully only pushes the pincode to RemoteLock when the reservation is fully paid.

    However, we're managing guests' payment off-platform instead of following up payment with the payment processor synced with Hostfully. We would need to Mark as paid manually for those reservations from Pipeline so the system recognizes it's a paid booking and populate the codes accordingly.

    Instead, we'd need a more flexible modifications to the program for just users who manage payments off platform to send pincodes to guests.

  7. For now, it's not possible to check a potential guests reviews and star rating for Airbnb and vrbo in Hostfully.

    A key part of my business is too properly vet guests and ensure they have great reviews before accepting their requests.

    However, I am unable to check reviews from the Hostfully system.

    Therefore this defeats having the review system if you cannot check review scores and comments prior to deciding if you want to accept their request.

    I manage high end luxury properties I cannot accept all guests as they can damage the property.

    Hello Nick. Did you know that you can set your Airbnb settings to only accept guests with a vetted profile? On the Property Settings page, for the setting Guest Requirements, you can select "Well reviewed with verified identity", and Airbnb guarantees that the guests are vetted guests.

  8. I's like to change the color of these bookings depending on what type of booking they're.

    For example
    All Airbnb are RED
    If I manually entered and tag Expedia for example. I like to turn it to blue so its easier to know

  9. we would like is to allow hostfully to process a payment, i imagine hostfully would need to add an area to keep the gift card purchase on the booking page, rather than using square to process pymt and taking guest off the page

  10. We should be able to add a one-day block. Currently, the system requires a block that has an end date greater than the start date. If I only need the unit blocked for one day, the system is requiring us to block more dates resulting in us potentially missing sales. For example, I am having photos taken on Monday for a few units. I only want Monday blocked on the calendar. If a guest wants to book from Friday-Sun and another guest wants to book Tues-Thur, they should be allowed to do so. The way the system is setup, I…

  13. It would be so easy and efficient to be able to change the nightly rate and length of stay (or at least just nightly rate) for individual or bulk properties right from the calendar view. The way you can on the Airbnb platform. Instead of having to navigate to each individual properties pricing tab, which is the only way to do it currently I believe. If I'm wrong and someone knows an easier way please let me know.

    You can now change the minumum stay from the Property Settings page - change your value and click the Bulk Edit button - then choose all the properties you want to apply the change to. 

  14. We should have the ability to charge guests one time payments towards their bookings. I have a lot of guests wanting to make payments towards their stays, and I have to send them a payment link via stripe to take care of it.

    Hello James - this is at the core of what the Hostfully PMP does - you can create a booking directly on the calendar and choose the option to Save and Open Mailer the payment link to the guest. Based on the rules you defined in Agency Settings, the guest will either pay the full amount or the % to reserve the place (and balance paid N days before check-in).   16. The ability to add multiple Stripe accounts without having a main account. Properties are managed in Costa Rica and does not have a main Stripe account and cannot get one. Owners do have their Stripe accounts

    You can already set up multiple Stripe accounts, 1 per property, so having owner accounts connected should work. You just have to work with your owner to connect an account.

  17. Change the calendar view from a horizontal scroll to similar to what Airbnb/VRBO does, in which you can see the entire month, on a calendar type setting (not a scroll). Or at a minimum, have different settings for multiple different calendar views.

    They system already rejects reservations with failed payments, with the exception of particular cases on VRBO and Booking.com: for Booking.com, their platform is initially made for hotels and they consider that a reservation is valid even if the payment is not yet received. For VRBO, in the case of 3DS2 security validation failing (case that mostly applies to Europe), a reservation will be ok'ed and a payment link will the sent to the guest to pay immediately on Hostfully. Note that this latter case for VRBO is about to be handled and this flow will work as expected. 

  19. When I direct book, I have to remember all of their info. I need there phone number, email, and name. I wish I could select a person's name and their info would auto populate.

  20. I came from Hospitable.com. I'm so disappointed that Hostfully doesn't collect email address from guest messages in Airbnb the way Hospitable does! I had a Mailchimp integration with Hospitable that was just beautiful. I need that desperately with Hostfully. It's enough to make me question moving forward with the platform. Please make it possible!

    Hello Alicia, Hostfully already provides this feature, in a more sophisticated way. The system allows you to automatically send a pre-arrival form to your Airbnb guest and capture emails and any other information you require. Once the guest emails are in the system,  they can automatically be synchronized with Mailchimp.
