  1. VRS corresponding with Hostfully for the owner blocks would be very useful so our team does not have to "babysit" the system and ensure that cleanings for the property are going in as they should. If we are unable to have this correspondence it is very time consuming for our team.

  3. When a booking agent, or any other team member, books a reservation on behalf of a guest, like if they take the guest info and credit card info over the phone, it requires the booking agent to sign the rental conditions on behalf of the guest.

    It would be very useful to not require the booking agent to sign it and to leave unsigned, so the guest would have to sign it when they receive the link in the booking confirmation message.

    This is not the way the system is designed to work. The booking agent can create a quote in less than 1 minute and send a payment link to the guest, for them to book (so guest don't share their credit card information, can agree to the rental agreement and sign it).

  4. Currently Breezeway pulls limited data from Hostfully to populate reservation data.
    Please collaborate with Breezeway to share custom data "Door Codes" because the process currently requires us to manually update Breezeway after every single guest check-out just to provide an updated access code. Very time consuming with risk that our staff forgets to update it.

    Please contact Breezeway to share this feature request. Breezeway implements the Hostfully API and they are in control of such improvements. Thank you.

  5. Breezeway has the ability to send guests the electronic door pin via text, however, Hostfully isn't currently sending the PIN info to Breezeway.

    Can the integration be updated to send the relevant reservation details INCLUDING pin?

  8. Allow re-assigning a reservation to a different unit in Hostfully to reflect on the Operto Dashboard.

    Currently the reservation will remain on the unit initially booked and a new reservation won't be created on the new unit. So we have to "revoke access" for the reservation on Operto and create a manual reservation on the new unit to ensure the guest's code will be installed on that lock. We also have to communicate the new access code (created on the new unit) to your guest.

    Other PMS like Hostaway are able to push the reassignment to a new property to…

    Operto implements the Hostfully API, therefore this synchronization needs to be performed on their end. We suggest you contact them and suggest this improvement. Thank you.

  9. The turnover is not working for us. We prefer to set like a rule that after a check-out to not accept check-ins and another for not check-outs on a check-in day...
    A TURNOVER complete block a full day before check-in and a full day after a check-out which means, having a booking on Nov 2-5, 2023, and having a 1-day TURNOVER will accept a check-in on the 7th and we are fine to accept a booking on the next day. We just do not want to have a booking on the same days of check-outs with all of our listings.

  11. It would be helpful if when launching the mobile app it didn't take you to a browser. This creates multiple tabs being opened in the browser which can be easily forgotten are open vs being able to just close the app down. In addition, it would be great if when opening up on a browser, if there was no restrictions on what browser someone is using. Currently it appears the mobile version can only be opened on safari or chrome.

  13. Please allow for filtered options for this calendar view. I love that I can see the nightly rates at a glance, but sometimes want to filter those out when I'm sending a screenshot to various service providers. I'd prefer to hide the rates.

  14. I’m an owner and much prefer to use mobile apps already on my phone than log into a website anytime I want to view my property information. I was informed that the mobile app is only for property managers. I would love to have a mobile app for owners!

    We are rewriting the owner portal to be fully mobile response and translatable. At this plan there is no plan to make an actual mobile app for owners.

  15. As a PM, for Airbnb, I would like to send text alongside photo attachment in PMP Inbox. As of now, they can’t go together, and only photo goes through to Airbnb.

    The Aribnb API does not support sending text as an attachment, they only support images. So what you can do is take a photo of the text you want to send and send the photo as an attachment.

  16. Currently the fees are listed as separate line items on our website and VBRO. Sometimes those fees do not feed correctly to VRBO and can appear as something like "resort fee" vs linen fee, etc and can get hard to explain to guests.

    We are curious to see if we could bundle all of the fees into the rental rate. Meaning - all fees are presented to the traveler as "rent" and there is only one fee left out like cleaning.

    I believe this would be great due to guests commonly adding all the fees + rent and dividing that…

    Doing this would create yet another batch of questions as to why fees are not itemised. More often than less, people want to know what they're paying for.

  17. Since signing up with Hostfully, VRBO will not give us the services they used to, such as: handling occupancy tax and filings, collecting rental payments, and refunding deposits, 24/7 customer service, etc. This is creating a lot more work for us. We signed up for Hostfully to make things easier for us. Now we have to decide whether to drop Hostfully or drop VRBO.

    Can you work with VRBO to have them give us the same services we had before we sign up with a channel manager? Airbnb gives us the same service why can’t VRBO?

  19. It would be really helpful if the '% at Reservation' at the Property Level, for initial Deposit, could have any number entered there, instead of being restricted to just choosing '0 - 10 - 20 - 30 - etc.' from a dropdown menu.
