  2. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  3. The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
    I want to have the option to hide it.
    * Feedback: when adding a new "feature" maybe you should give the users options if they WANT to even use this feature instead of just implementing it with no choice.

  5. we would appreciate it if we could send pre-approval quotes through hostfully. The vrbo algorithm gives you boosts when you pre-approve renters so having the feature is not only convenient for the renter but also helps promote our listings in the long run.

  6. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.

  10. When adding a new lead, the default is set to On Hold. This is a really item to miss. It would be better to NOT have a default here, and do not allow a lead to be saved until one of the options is selected. This will force people to make sure they are choosing the correct setting for each new lead.

    If guests enter the telephone numbers with double code, it will be imported with the wrong format.

    => We would like the system to automatically detect the country code and remove the redundant if guests accidentally add area code 2 times.

  13. When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.

    I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

  15. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.

  18. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

  19. It would be awesome to type a phone number into the "Search" bar and have it pull up the corresponding reservation, if it is in the system. We will have guests contact us by phone and it can be surprisingly challenging to figure out who they are/where they are staying.
