Option to remove "from" pricing on website and widget
Showing the lowest pricing on our calendar causes many potential guests to get frustrated and abandon booking when their quoted price is higher than that.

Bulk reviews upload
At this moment there is only possibility to upload one review in API using POST /reviews function. It will be good to have possibility to send list of reviews in one request.

Secure API Webhooks
Currently API Webhooks do not have any identity verification, so teoretically they can be called by a bad person, who could trigger our system to do some processing unnecessarily (update property or similar). We would like to have some authentication or identity verification method so we would be sure with identity of source system. This method can be simple:
- Basic authenticiation
- secret code
- generated token or any other similar method.
This improvement request is based on our discussion with Hostfully representant on 04-14-2021.

Improve Quickbooks integration for vrbo
The sales receipt for vrbo should post as an invoice so that payments can be applied as received. Invoice should break out rental income, taxes, fees etc like the Abnb Sales receipt does.

Font on Direct Website Listing
When you visit a property via the Direct website, the font is not the easiest font to read. Having a few options to change the font would be great.

Add a variable for total rent paid
It would be nice to have a variable to total rent paid by a guest (prior to fees and taxes) for their stay that we can use in custom templates in which we want to communicate to an owner their total payout from a guest stay.

Give options to add lofts, or second living rooms that may have beds that need to be listed.
I own a cabin in an area where MANY cabins have lofts. Most loft have multiple beds or bunkbeds but are not considered a room.
For example a 2 bed 2 bath cabin with a loft (full of bunks and overlooking the living room)
In Hostfully I am forced to add this as a bedroom, when that is misleading...so then I have no where to add the extra beds. I can add them to the living room so that they are listed...but they are in the loft...not the living room.
8 votesYou can already set beds in the "Common Space" or you can add multiple living rooms, so these options do fulfil this requirement.

"Marketplace Only" Guidebook
Upon booking, we'd like to send a "Marketplace Only" version of the guidebook as we encourage guests to purchase items which we can have delivered to their unit before arrival (i.e: wood logs for the fireplace)
This feature would allow PM's to upsell at the moment of booking

Airbnb fees not in Owner reports!
Currently the fees for Airbnb are NOT BEING CALCULATED in the reporting features! This is huge cost to my business because without that fee coming out of the gross income amount, I as the PM am being stuck with the expense! And there is no way to see it on any reports.

Send one owner invitation for all of their properties
When an owner has multiple properties it requires me to send a separate invitation for the owner to claim their account for each property. In this instance the owner has 10 properties. Do they really need to get 10 separate email invitations? Also, do they have a multi-calendar view? (I don't know what they see on their end.)

Create a View Only option for Service Providers Calendar
We have set our housekeepers up as Service Providers which is a great way to organize our cleaning and communicate the job requests with them! The only problem is that they have full access to our main calendar and have, on occassion, deleted cleans scheduled for other housekeepers. It would be great if the houskeepers could view the calendar but not be able to make changes.
10 votesThe ability to share read-only calendars with service providers already exists in the Service Provider Portal. This allows PMs to share information about jobs, property information and calendar information in a read-only way. Service Providers can also accept jobs and mark them as completed. Homeaway External Booking ID via API
Is it possilbe to provide the External Booking ID for Homeaway/VRBO channel via the lead endpoint? This is a fairly critical issue for us when aligning transaction reports to/from vendors

Schedule payment reminders to the guest/host when a VRBO reservation is only partially paid
In VRBO reservations, if payment is split into two or more payments, and not all of them is paid, then need to highlight past due payments and/or send payment reminders to the guest/host. Otherwise guest may come and stay and leave without host realizing the reservation was never fully paid! After integration, VRBO doesn't send those payment reminder emails and relies on the PMS (Hostfully) to handle that.

Create Integration with August Smart Locks
August Smart Locks are quickly becoming the market leader in vacation rental locks. I have these smart locks on all of my properties.
An integration with August would be very advantageous to a lot of hosts.

Exporting all fields
In the Reports section, adding a fourth tab named All fields. After specifying the period (from.... To), being able to export absolutely all fields in .xlsx file.

Defining per-property rate multiplier to be able to add tax on top of the rates before pushing rates to airbnb
Tax rate can be specified in VRBO rates, but airbnb doesn't have such thing (not sure about BDC). There is rate multiplier in Hostfully per channel to add % to the total to make sure total amount in VRBO and airbnb will be the same after including tax. But its not possible to define that rate multiplier per property (Don't necessarily want to collect tax for ALL properties). Looking for some way to add a % on top of the the rates for specific properties based on tax rate.
