Implement Booking.com Reviews Management for your properties
With BDC guest review management you can:
- Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
- Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
- Filter reviews with no response yet
- Retrieve specific review with all category scores
- Reply to guest reviews
- Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
- Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
- Retrieve aggregated property review score
- Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)

Not sending amenities related to enhanced cleaning to Vrbo
I recently received a Vrbo listing audit file that flagged the following warnings:
CLEANINGDISINFECTION is no longer supported.
ENHANCEDCLEANINGPRACTICES is no longer supported.
COMMONSURFACEDISINFECTANTCLEANED is no longer supported.To avoid these warnings, I’d like Hostfully to align with Vrbo’s updates by removing or discontinuing support for these amenities. This will ensure property managers no longer receive these notifications.

Publishing multi-unit properties on Google, Trivago, Expedia
So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.
The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad
3 votesThe platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

Allow multiple logins on mobile app
Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

Improvements to Turnover Management
When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name. Quickly switch from Calendar to Pipeline
When viewing a booking in Calendar, I want to have a button to direct to that booking in Pipeline so I can take Pipeline actions like "Send payment reminder" without having to open Pipeline and teaching for the booking again.

Bulk edit "Allow Airbnb request"
Support bulk editing on "Allow Airbnb request" when it's out of lead time. I have 100 listings and manually check it for each listing is time-wasting.

Allow for VRBO payments or show VRBO in the payment link for second payment
A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.2 votesWe will soon provide support for Vrbo Payments.

On property main settings, change the name from Internal Thumbnail to remove "internal"
It is misleading to have it titled "internal" because it does show up in several guest facing areas.

Move the system templates to the right categories.
It’s confusing to see agency messages are listed under Guest messages, etc. Please sort the system templates to appear within the correct categories.

Custom cancellation policy for Booking.com
We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.
6 votesThe cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

Photo Gallery Tile Display for Selecting Photos
It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.
Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.
*Even better would be if…

Adding payout IDs from Stripe and OTA channels to reports
I want to add a column into my financial reporting that includes PAYOUT ID from Stripe and the channels (Booking.com and Airbnb). My owners require the PAYOUT ID that appears on their bank statments so they can easil reconcile their accounts.
