Launching app switching to a browser
It would be helpful if when launching the mobile app it didn't take you to a browser. This creates multiple tabs being opened in the browser which can be easily forgotten are open vs being able to just close the app down. In addition, it would be great if when opening up on a browser, if there was no restrictions on what browser someone is using. Currently it appears the mobile version can only be opened on safari or chrome.

autopopulate pin code
Auto populate last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number into the access pin code section of the stay details in the pipeline. Allow option to auto populate the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number or not.

Filter Options
Please allow for filtered options for this calendar view. I love that I can see the nightly rates at a glance, but sometimes want to filter those out when I'm sending a screenshot to various service providers. I'd prefer to hide the rates.

Bundle Fees
Currently the fees are listed as separate line items on our website and VBRO. Sometimes those fees do not feed correctly to VRBO and can appear as something like "resort fee" vs linen fee, etc and can get hard to explain to guests.
We are curious to see if we could bundle all of the fees into the rental rate. Meaning - all fees are presented to the traveler as "rent" and there is only one fee left out like cleaning.
I believe this would be great due to guests commonly adding all the fees + rent and dividing that…

Work with VRBO to get their services for us back
Since signing up with Hostfully, VRBO will not give us the services they used to, such as: handling occupancy tax and filings, collecting rental payments, and refunding deposits, 24/7 customer service, etc. This is creating a lot more work for us. We signed up for Hostfully to make things easier for us. Now we have to decide whether to drop Hostfully or drop VRBO.
Can you work with VRBO to have them give us the same services we had before we sign up with a channel manager? Airbnb gives us the same service why can’t VRBO?

Security Deposit field should support any number
It would be really helpful if the '% at Reservation' at the Property Level, for initial Deposit, could have any number entered there, instead of being restricted to just choosing '0 - 10 - 20 - 30 - etc.' from a dropdown menu.

How do I get the pop up calendar to be visible in wix? It gets cropped as shown in screen grab. Any ideas?

Pre arrival form
Be able to send a pre-arrival form reminder from the "Stay details' tab. So you can check if the guest has completed it, if not then click to send a reminder

Toggle Company Address on Signed Rental Agreement
Have the option to include or not include the company address in the signed guest rental agreement. This has privacy implications for those who work from home and do not want their home address being made public.
1 voteWe believe that a rental agreement requires a postal address. Users are free to enter something else in the street address field if they do not want to show their home address (a PO box for example).

Guidebooks
Hostfully as a product is fairly expensive. I think the guidebooks should be included in the package. You can still continue to sell these separately to users of other channel managers.

Have access to guest/pm messages from calendar page
PM would like to see communications between her and guest from within calendar section, without leaving that section. Could be that the details section has a link to communications without sending PM to inbox.

We want to upload a financial monthly statement pdf into the owners portal. The current Hostfully financial statement is not good enough.
Because of extra information we need in our owners financial statement we get these figueres from our CRM system. We want the ability to upload an pdf into the owners portal.

Scroll down property name
It would be helpful if the name of the property (from the list in the upper left) would move down with the calendar as you scroll down. We have 3 properties and sometimes, if you are in a month farther down the page, you don't know what property you are looking at - and you have to scroll back up to the top to check.

Better synchronization with Operto
Allow re-assigning a reservation to a different unit in Hostfully to reflect on the Operto Dashboard.
Currently the reservation will remain on the unit initially booked and a new reservation won't be created on the new unit. So we have to "revoke access" for the reservation on Operto and create a manual reservation on the new unit to ensure the guest's code will be installed on that lock. We also have to communicate the new access code (created on the new unit) to your guest.
Other PMS like Hostaway are able to push the reassignment to a new property to…
