  2. It looks like we had an Airbnb message that may have errored because the word "google" was in the message and it was not yet a confirmed reservation. The error message would be more helpful if it describes what the problem is.

  4. I have one house with 3 options of booking: a 3 bedroom option, a 2 bedroom option and a 1 bedroom option. Each one needs to block the other two. For each option, the guest will get the whole house and property and i just have the other bedroom doors locked. There is no house sharing.option.

    Master-sub relationship doesn't work because once a child unit is booked, the other is not blocked.

    iCals can help sync all properties, but it will create hidden blocks that affect the payment link.

    Thank you for suggesting. We highly suggest that you reach out to Riparide and ask them to integrate with Hostfully using our open API.

  6. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  7. it would be really convinient if instead of having to create a trigger for a message to go out, that maybe certain trigger words that guests send would be able to trigger a response. For example, if a guest forgets the door code and the send a message asking "What is the door code again?" instead of me having to manually respond, maybe that question itself could trigger a response that would auto send the door code.

  10. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
    If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…

  13. I would like to have the ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 separate phones.

    Many of the properties that we manage have multiple owners and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to each owner. In a lot of cases (such as this one), the multiple owners are a married couple and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to both the husband and the wife.

  14. Once a guest places a booking, there's a message popping up: "Now, you can check your booking details and prepare your trip, start your free Hostfully account"

    That’s strange wording, even for users using the out-of-the-box website (e.g Boostly).

    the guest doesn't really know or care about "Hostfully" and that Hostfully goal is to support PM customers in enhancing the brand, not trying to compete with PMs to "own" the guest Please remove that language.

    We can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

  17. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  19. Please include a line item in the computation that shows the long stay discount. Airbnb does this and it is helpful for the guest to see that they benefited from a long stay discount. Otherwise both the guest and the host are guessing whether the length of stay discount was included in the calculation.

  20. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.
