  3. I want to have the option to add rental conditions in different language.

  4. Currently, when an Airbnb guest cancels their stay outside of their free cancellation period (ours is Firm), the reservation is not updated with the correct payout information. We need to capture the cancelled bookings earnings in our reports.

    We tried to used the filter in reports to not screen the Cancelled Lead status. This was not a fix because in doing this the total cost of the reservation is displayed rather than the actual payout after the cancelation policy was applied, so, the total cost of the cancelled booking is included in the earnings report, obviously not good.

  6. When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking.   8. Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.

  10. We are finding that some guests will upload a selfie or a piece of ID without a photo (even after explaining this in the message.)
    Currently, we have to contact Hostfully to reset the pre arrival form as we cannot reset it or request that the guest complete it again.

    Hello. This is really the reason we provide the Pipeline, which can show status for all bookings and will highlight those with incomplete payments.

  12. On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
    With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
    - Click to the PMP Import page
    - Click on import from PMP button
    - Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
    - Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.
    Ex: If I have 40 properties, this flow would need to be repeated 40 times which caused a very unpleasant experience.

    For example, a potential client with 200 listings based in Australia would like to be able to slightly task manage within the unified inbox. For example, a guest asks to replace something, the team can read the message, take on the task to do the job, and in the unified inbox, be able to mark the job as complete.

  15. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

  19. I would like for the Rental Conditions to always be visible on the direct booking website. Right now, it is only accessible during the check out flow when a guest is making a reservation. But I would like for it to always be visible, either in the direct booking site page itself, or as a url link that goes to another page that has it. Since I manage the Rental Conditions in Hostfully itself, I don't want to manage it / update it in a second place, too.

  20. VRBO has a new feature where you can have different cancellation policies for different times of the year. How to a use this feature with Hostfully. VRBO won't let me edit the cancellation policy. It would be great to have ability to create cancellation policies for different period.
