A PM would like to suggest a modification to the Pre-arrival Form. Currently, guests are able to enter any time for their Estimated Departure Time for the Pre-Arrival form, which may lead to confusion as they may think they can stay at the property until the time they input (even if it is past the designated check out time, such as 8PM). To avoid this issue, we would like to request that a feature be added to limit the Departure Time to 10AM at the latest, or whatever time the property manager has set as the check out time for their properties. This will help ensure a smoother and more accurate check out process for our guests. Thank you for considering this suggestion.
