  3. As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.

    Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

  4. As a PM I would like to have up to 500 characters to respond to a guest review so that I can be very detailed about my response. Right now, there's a limit of 255 characters.

  5. Airbnb now allows you to charge a pet fee as does VRBO. But the hostfully calendar widget you have for your direct booking website does not allow you to select a pet to your reservation. In the "Policies and Fees" tab in Hostfully lets you select "applies to hostfully" andbut this will AUTOMATICALLY charge the pet fee to EVERY guest. It does not let your guests select is they are bringing a pet or not. If you click "is optional" is still does not give the option for guest to pick a pet or not.

  6. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
    If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…

I'd love it if you guys could team up with https://elfsight.com/all-in-one-reviews-widget/ and let them be able to use our reviews. 98% of my reviews are from Airbnb or VRBO so I don't use Hostfully's. However this link above offers a mesh set of reviews coming in from different platforms. This way I could show my direct booking reviews along with Airbnb & VRBO.   8. Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.

    The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.

    It would be much easier to enter the dates and guest count once in the main search and see the total displayed under each property's tile. It's nice that there's already the ability to…

  9. Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.

  11. When getting more than 10 listings in a search result on the direct booking sites, the page numbers disappear when you reach the bottom. This makes the user believe there is only 10 listings unless they were to scroll back up to find the 2nd, 3rd or more page tabs of listings.
    Can Hostfully please either insert the page tabs at the bottom of the results or make it and endless scroll for all listings..?

When a guest goes to book on the direct booking site, if they enter a date range that goes beyond the Maximum Night stay (property Main Settings), then hit Book Now, they get this message: Maximum stay requirement is not met. That does not specify the requirement, the way the Min Stay is displayed.

    It would also be great to be able to customize a message there, and have it displayed before they hit book now, so they can see that requirement.
    Ex., the max stay is 30 days, but we want to include a message that states something like,…

  13. I'd like to see the ability to create discount codes that are only valid for reservations of a specific number of nights. So if we wanted to offer a special of a "3rd night free", we could create a discount code that could do this.

  14. On the Booking page, can you move the link placement of "show details" to be directly under the quoted rate? Guests who want the rate breakdown overlook this awesome feature because the Book Now button is more prominent. Then they click the Book Now to see the rate breakdown when they are just trying to figure out date and rates.

  15. It would be really helpful to be able to select a timeframe for the discount - ie. Stay 7 nights and receive % discount.

    Also to be able to apply the discount to particular houses as not all our property owners like to offer discounts

  16. When a guest is booking a reservation, chooses location and dates, it takes you to booking page where a TOTAL Cost of Stay shows, instead of the base nightly Rental Rate. This may scare off many interested guests. You can "show details" which will outline all the cost associated with the booking, but we believe it's critical to have Base Rental Nightly Rate showcased at top where it only currently shows TOTAL COST for One or More Nights. Desire what hotels and airlines show when booking reservations.

  17. Currently, the only required information the guest needs to input when instantly booking via Hostfully is their name, email and dates. We need to collect mobile phone numbers, whether or not they're bringing a pet and would like to require a message from them about their stay.
    For instant booking on Airbnb, you can require the guest to answer your customized questions at booking. It would remove so much back and forth for me if I could customize what we capture from the guest at the time of booking.

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

  18. I'd like to be able to modify the Booking Confirmation web page (not message), in order to be able to add Google Tag Manager tracking to it, and pass booking details into the tracking code:

    Property Name
    Transaction ID
    Total Price
    Taxes

  19. Right now, applying a discount to an owner or agent originated booking/hold does not change the taxes due from the original total. I could discount any amount from the nightly rate and the taxes still reflect the original charge.
