  2. We would like to see Service Providers' jobs list in one place similar to how they would see it under their own portal. Basically, we want to go to one place to see the full list of jobs each provider has assigned to them rather than looking on the calendar where you only see a blue circle and have to click on each one to see who is assigned to what that day.

  3. I would find it very helpful if the software had a spellchecking facility, whereby a word / grammer would be underlined showing the user there was a possible error. I have often rushed and responded quickly to messages to guests and realised after sending there was a small spelling error / mis-typed word. This can look unprofessional. There is probably one here!!!

  5. Add a notification that pops up in the platform of when there's an office hours about to start, and include the meeting link to make it easier to jump into office hours. It may be nice to have a feature where that can be turned on/off.

  6. Allow a direct booking extension when guests book from sites such as Booking.com/Airbnb.
    We currently have to create a new booking if a guest would like to extend their stay which then creates a request for ID/deposit etc and then they will get various messages which aren't necessary. We need the ability to extend an existing booking directly

    Do not book guest – Guest has a history of cancellations or issues.

    Early check-in approved – Guest has confirmed early check-in request.

    Pending pet fee payment – Guest owes payment for a pet stay.
    Special request for quiet room – Guest prefers a quieter location within the property.

    Allergic to certain scents – Guest has a sensitivity to fragrances or cleaning products.

    VIP status – Frequent guest, provide exceptional service.

  9. I received multiple emails when my account failed to renew the 1st time.
    As a former Customer Service manager, It's also unnecessary to mention closing the account if not paid in the initial email. It's insulting to your customers. It's a once a year payment, so it's likely that a card used last year is no longer valid.

  10. In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.

This is the best i have been able to do regarding iCal sync to google calendar, but I would really love if I could tell which property this guest is arriving to on google calendar because the name alone does not help me in preparation for the guests arrival (would be so much better if it provided the property that the guest was checking into.

    If it would allow me to change the url to the name of the property and show that instead of platform.hostfully that would certainly be ideal.

  13. Show properties on the property list by Airbnb account. (not via tag)
    This will allow users that have mutiple properties to always show only one list of Airbnb accounts.

  15. Hey All,

    Just suggesting a very small improvement but it will help us a lot to build owner/property yearly 1099 statement & form.

    Add new adjustment/expense type called "IMPROVEMENTS", the reason is improvements add value to the property in other hands repair/maintenance are just an expense.

    with that new type will be very easy to build that breakdown and help our clients to do their tax report properly and it's a small change without breaking any prior functionality.

  17. Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.

    We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

  18. To reduce the number of clicks, and back/forth navigation, it would be optimal to have a left navigation pane on the PMP so that the user doesn't have to click on the drop-down menu each time we want to go into another category. Idea from: str@nopaliproperties.com

  20. It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)
