  1. As I have multiple Agents being assigned to the same property, it would be great if I can choose a specific Agent for the system to automatically assign leads. Right now, the system will only assign leads to the FIRST Agent.

  2. Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

  3. I have guests sign a rental agreement through my private DocuSign account. I would like to be able to upload this into the guest record, preferably in Stay Details. I currently keep these in my Google Drive, but I would prefer to have everything in Hostfully.

  4. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

  5. With 44 listings and 300-500 checkins per month, the Pipeline is nearly useless for managing bookings. It loads very slowly, and after about 50 bookings, glitched and runs off the end of the screen (see image).

    There are many settings (i.e canceling a reservation, marking a reservation a paid, and adding a manual payment) that are only accessible via the Pipeline.

    Without the ability to select a range of dates to display, it is nearly impossible to access these settings for reservations more than a week out from check-in.

  6. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  7. Include stays in which the deposit HASN'T yet been returned under 'RELEVANT'. Because there is still a relevant action to complete before the stay is closed.

    It's easy to miss deposit returns when users have to scroll through 'ALL' to find the stays which need Deposit Return action.

  8. Include current Stays in the Pipeline filter "Relevant/Arrival Date".

    Current Stays are Relevant and useful when looking at the upcoming stays list.

    I have to Filter "Stays/Arrival Date" in order to see who is staying in which listing, and I would like to see this information all in one place under Relevant/Arrival Date.

  9. It would be helpful to allow links in the Rental Conditions, for those who want to use fillable pdf URLs for their guests to complete. And, to have the lead on the pipeline show that the rental conditions have been completed.

  10. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

  12. When we managed around hundred properties and lots of
    reservations, we have seen that is easier to search a reservation by the
    name of the external id of the reservation.

    I found that we can search a reservation by the name of the guest in the
    pipeline. However, if he has some reservations or have the same name, is quite hard to figure it out. However, when I included the reservation number, any result showed up.

  13. I understand the need to assign leads from the dashboard to agents pipeline. However when you assign one lead it automatically transfers you to your pipeline page. Then you have to toggle back and forth for each lead. Dashboard - assign to - automatically opens pipeline - back to dashboard. Repeat. Very time consuming and frustrating. At least maybe you could make selection boxes so that you can select multiple leads and assign all at once?

    In addition, I am the sole person in my company so having an option to AUTO assign all leads to myself would be great!…

  14. As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

  15. I would like to see full access to the pipeline for all managers. We are working as a team and today I have to edit a booking and assign it to me to i.e. record a payment. When I am done I have to edit the booking and assign it back to i.e. a booking agent. A Manager should be able to work with all tasks on all bookings.
