Support Open Inventory/ itinerary for Booking.com reservations
I have regularly situations that guests are delaying their check-in or leaving earlier. In any of this cases accommodation is not carrying costs of their choices. We do not provide refunds, payments adjustments for the change of plans of our guests or flyight delays. This shall be covered by their travel insurances.
We just want to have our data in calendar correctly so our team is not confused which day to expect the guest or to do check-out procedure. We also can use accommodation those days if there is interest. For that we need to open inventory (terminology from Booking.com where it is commonly used).
Booking.com is advising to open itinerary, but this feature isn't supported in Hostfully.
