It would be nice if the service provider could open a booking, review the notes under the Lead Details section, and configure the beds accordingly based on the information provided there.

Currently, this workflow no longer functions as it did before, and it has impacted operational efficiency. It would be great to have the ability for service providers to easily view booking notes and configure the beds based on the details included in the Lead Details notes field.

This functionality is important to ensure accuracy and avoid follow-up communication or configuration errors. Is not the same to add the notes to each job. .
