Option to Create Vendor Lock Codes Without Property Assignment
It would be very helpful to have the ability to create a vendor lock code that remains unassigned to any property by default. This code could then be temporarily assigned to a specific property when the vendor has an appointment and removed once the visit is completed.
Some vendors visit multiple properties frequently. Currently, the workflow requires assigning them to a property in order to save the code, which makes it difficult to keep a reusable vendor code ready for future visits.
Allow the creation of a vendor lock code that is not tied to any property initially.
The code should remain inactive or unassigned until manually attached to a property.
Users should be able to quickly assign and remove the code from properties as needed.
This would simplify vendor access management, allowing hosts and property managers to maintain reusable vendor codes that can be activated only when necessary, improving operational efficiency.
