Customize Available Property Lists for Inspections
Problem
When I filter properties by availability for a specific date in the calendar, I can email the available property list, but the list does not include the information I need to actually use it operationally, such as the property address or internal property name.
This makes it difficult to plan inspections, maintenance visits, or team routes because I have to manually look up the properties after generating the list.
I also need to understand availability by time of day. For example, some properties may be available from 10:00 AM, while others may only become available after a guest checks out at 12:00 PM.
Proposed Solution
Allow me to customize the emailed property list so I can choose which property fields are included, such as property name, internal name, address, city/state, capacity details, and property photo.
Additionally, add “From Time” and “To Time” fields to Advanced Search so I can search for properties that are available during a specific time window based on actual reservation arrival and departure times.
