Improve Fee Editing UI to Better Differentiate Individual vs. Bulk Fee Updates
When editing a fee from an individual property's Fees page, users expect the changes to apply only to that property. However, if the fee is shared across multiple properties, editing it updates all selected properties, and deselecting properties removes the fee instead of creating a property-specific version.
This behavior is not obvious and is made more confusing by the "Selected Properties" label, which does not clearly indicate that the edit is a bulk update.
