Individual Read/Unread Message Status for Team Members
Allow each team member to have their own read/unread status for guest messages. Currently, when one user opens a message, it is marked as read for everyone on the team. This makes it difficult for teams to identify new messages that still need attention.
Ideally, opening a message would only mark it as read for that specific user, so other team members can still see it as unread until they review it themselves.
