I can't speak for hostfully as to why hometogo was removed, I think in 8 years I got a handful of inquiries and maybe 1 booking from the channel.
but it's available through the nextpax or rentals united .
My guess is hostfully is focussing on high volume channels or channels which develop and manage the integration on their end without hostfully dev resources.
but I suggest exploring nextpax or rentals united which will give you access to a couple hundred channels.

Per an email today, it seems this portal is being temporarily removed along with all such messaging but something "coming in the last half of 2025" is going to replace it so hopefully we'll have more control over how that messaging happens with whatever the new thing is.

this is especially problematic given it's not whitelabeled.
there are many many holes in whitelabeling .. this whole whitelabel system needs to be polished.

Either remove or whitelabel/brand these

In addition, given some states, like California, give guests a 24 hour cancellation period, we'd like the initial payment to be an authorization which automatically processes 24 hours later if the booking wasn't canceled.
As it is, we have to pay stripe fees on cancellations which gets costly.

I think this is generally a good idea, but I don't think these transactions will be protected by 3D secure liability shift which we require on all our transactions to avoid chargebacks.
If they are protected then we definitely would like to auto process the balance, but I'm pretty sure the guest needs to confirm the payment to have this protection.

What we need here is a flag (or a different kind of owner block)
Owner stay = cleaning,
Owner block = maintenance or something that doesn't require cleaning.we need the same for manager blocks, we need to tag blocks we create as needing cleaning or not.
If syncing with cleaning integrations (operto, etc.) this should sync as a stay,

We now support Booking.com multi-room reservations for both multi-unit AND master/sub-unit properties!
This feature is in beta, if you would like to be added to our beta program, please respond to this message. Folks who already responded to my previous announcement have been added to the beta program already.
When added to the beta, only new multi-room reservations imported from Booking.com will display in our redesigned format.

This problem is more critical than just calendar visualizations.
The orders and reports and revenue reports are all wrong.
it looks like we got paid a bunch of extra money for a single reservation and our hosts will think we're stealing from them, or worse, we might think we owe a guest money when we don't.
This needs to be a higher priority.

Yes, custom is good, but since hostfully processes the transaction for our side off the booking (not the vrbo fees), what we really need is for them to do an Auth hold on stripe then confirm the authorization after a free cancellation period.
Then we don't pay fees until after the free cancellation period and these transactions are still protected by 3dsecure/2fa if you have that mandatory in your stripe account.

what you describe is extending the stay directly. they make a new reservation as a direct booking.
I think what you want is:
if airbnb, then use airbnb alteration to extend stay.and if booking.com use booking extend stay.
my personal preferences is to pocket the platform fees when guests extend. The platform isn't doing work so why should they get a commission on a guest wanting to enjoy our hospitality more.
So I charge them the same rate they paid on the platform and share the spoils with my owners.
We have just gone through an integration with hudson creative (available through the integrations center) and are almost done with our own custom direct booking website.
It's pretty flexible.. you can change some tags in your listings to customize these sorts of things and if you need hudson to do custom work, their fees are reasonable and they're quick and high quality.
This is something I'd look into.
I do agree the hostfully widget should be more configurable, but my guess is this isn't where they're planning on spending dev time.
